Trikko. Arvostelua 

I wanted to give a rating much higher than this. I have ordered six different items on two separate occasions from Trikko. My first order was fantastic. If I was rating purely on the products, it would be 5 stars. The fit and quality for the price is 10/10.

Unfortunately, my second order was quite a big one and it went totally wrong. I only received two of the four items I ordered and there was even another product in the package that I hadn't ordered and wasn't even my size.

When I contacted support, I was left without a response for over a week (the automatic response says you will hear back in 24 hours). They explained that they had let go the last person who dealt with customer service but said they would fix my issue.

I replied once again and provided more information and photos. No reply again. I emailed them multiple times and messaged on Instagram to try and get some sort of response but never heard anything back.

Eventually, I got an email saying they has sent me the pieces I was missing (three weeks ago) and I still haven't received them.

I raised an issue on the 22nd of April and I am writing this review on the 22nd of June, with my problem still not sorted. In the end, I went about getting a refund through my bank directly, as I figured I wouldn't get a response for weeks.

If everything goes right, Trikko is a great brand and you won't be disappointed with the quality of their products. If something goes wrong, their customer service unfortunately falls short.

This was actually my second order from Trikko. My first order was dispatched quickly, arrived without any issues, and the quality of the clothing is excellent. The fresh, creative designs and the story behind the brand were exactly what made me come back for another purchase.

Unfortunately, my 2nd order got off to a difficult start due to an unexpected delay and a lack of communication, which understandably caused concern.

However, once the owner personally reached out to me, they took full responsibility, offered a sincere apology and worked quickly to put things right. They were honest about what had happened, dispatched my order and kept me updated throughout the process.

What impressed me most was the accountability shown. Any business can encounter unexpected issues, but it's how those issues are handled that defines the customer experience. Rather than making excuses, they acknowledged where things had gone wrong and genuinely wanted to resolve the matter.

Having now received my order and confirmed that everything arrived exactly as expected, I can honestly say I'm very happy with the outcome. It's clear there's genuine thought and passion behind the designs and the brand as a whole.

While this experience was frustrating, the professionalism, honesty and accountability shown in resolving the issue ultimately earned back my trust. They listened to my feedback, took responsibility and resolved the issue professionally. Because of that, I would be more than happy to order from Trikko again in the future and wish them every success as they continue to grow.

i’ve bought multiple pieces from the boys, best service you could ask for, the clothing is perfect, the basic tracksuits i wear them 24/7, i love a brand that really has a connection to the customers and moad and ibra shown the world what that looks like.

I coped from the community drop, the travel bag is amazing!

I love the brand, quality and style of the garments, their community and their dedication. It’s inspires me everyday. Already bought like 7/8 times from them and the shipping is very fast. Only got some issues on the Black Friday shipping but they warned us about the problem with the transportation but Black Friday is a crazy time, it’s understandable. And once I got a product with defect (what is normal to happen ) and my email got lost what made it take more time to be solved. But what matters is when I explained the situation, everything was solved, they exchanged the product and let me keep the other one. In the end we are all humans and mistakes happen, I also made mistakes inside the community before learning the rules. I don’t understand how people can say things like being scammed when this is a legit brand and brand owners who care about their costumers. Love the brand and its vision. Thanks!

Really bad quality, want to return it but they don’t accept returns only size exchange. You should never order here. 160 euros for big shit.

They also didn’t response since my last mail on 29th of april.

I have been buying Trikko’s clothes for more than 5 years and I have never been disappointed with the quality of the products, the customer service and the originality of each drop. The Porsche hoodie I just received is even better than I had imagined.

The brand refused to ship my tracksuit after purchasing. They apologised at first and cited the delay reason due to new hires, but after weeks of waiting they completely stopped responding while being active. Tried contacting them on discord too as last resort, but no success. I felt and I am scammed. Low rated brand.

Top quality no doubt

I ordered from this brand Jan 2026, when the tracksuit came (after much longer than promised) it was too small so I sent €10 to ship it back and get the correct size. Months went by and Trikko support stopped answering my emails after promising to send me another size. Even when I emailed from other accounts I received no response. Very disappointed especially since I really liked the brand identity. I was scammed out of €180 euro…
