Trigafit Arvostelua 

This is my second round of a 12 week strength and core stability program with Trigafit I really enjoy the sessions and have started to feel difference in my body. I have followed the meal plan which has helped me curb the cravings of sugar crisps and white flour based foods. At end of each workout we do a deep stretch to soothe the muscles. I have also had 2 Hijami sessions of Riga and she only therapist I know that actually does as the sunnah states when comes to bleeding the points (places the cup la 3 times on the area for full detox) Riga also gives a excellent head massages.

Love this beautiful soul, always connect deeply with her, it's a one stop for me.
Massage with oils she mixes herself ,then hijama & the ambiance ...pure bliss..gifted with healing hands & is always kind & encouraging with her wise words.

I joined tigga fit to lose weight and get fit and its a really good gym really enjoy comi g here every day its priavte and their are other ladies who come to the gym and u really like my gym instructure she is friendly motivates me and time passes by really quickly so have fun coming to my seesion.

I went to get Hijama done for back strain and for detox, I can happily assure you the treatment is excellent and you are looked after extremely well. For anybody suffering with any pain, or generally looking for a detox of the body I highly recommend taking a visit.
It is pain free so nothing to be worried about.
I feel really good with in my self even after a few hours of the session alhamdulillah.

Where to even begin!!! Best cupping service and the massages leave u feeling so refreshed. Always leave feeling so relaxed. Her approach and professionalism is flawless and faultless. I most definitely recommend TrigaFit.
I came to her for a deep shoulder injury that I had for months I’d been suffering.
She did a deep tissue massage & Graston Therapy and some Cupping.
I can say I really really benefited from it almost instantly and since she then the pain has actually gone. I'll definitely be going back if I need to in the future!
She really works wonders and I definitely recommend her to anyone.

I had a c-section and i was petrified of returning to the gym, Riga made me feel empowered and helped me get back on track with my fitness journey. Trigafit is a focused PT who helps you achieve your goals. I suffer from asthma as well as an old shoulder and back injury that plays up and Trigafit adjusts exercises and the pace to suit me while still maximising results. I’ve seen an increase in my fitness as well as weight loss.
