Tribute Arvostelua 

My experience with Tribute was really outstanding. My partner had a milestone birthday this year and we couldn’t fly all of his family and friends here so I wanted another way to let him know he was still loved and appreciated. Tribute came through and nailed it. It was easy to send the link, get the videos uploaded, and my editor took it from there! I was able to give suggestions on the music and the transitions. I will definitely use this service again for a gift. Great idea!

Overall, a Great experience. I did have some technical issues but they were addressed timely and professionally. The Concierge service is a must for someone with limited or no video editing experience.

I really love the video tribute that was created. I was a very easy process, and the Tribute team went beyond my ask to get it down.

Tribute made complaining a video for my wife’s 50th birthday so easy. They handled emails, reminders for people to send videos and reminders on my own deadlines. The process is intuitive and efficient.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Such a horrible horrible experience.
Surprising because I used Tribute several years ago and it was fine.
For my mother’s 89th birthday we had a tribute done. Paid the extra money to have Tribute organize the videos and put it in a book. Well, 7 months later we still don’t have a thing from them. At first they were highly communicative and helpful, then silence, nothing. I’m still waiting. Maybe it’ll be done by the time she is 90, hopefully she wi still be with us.
Tribute - are you listening? Will you fix this? Seriously bad business and I will never use them again nor will I ever recommend them.

Another warm and joyous crying experience; as rated. My experience preparing and delivering my Tribute was phenomenal. The team delivered the video photobook fast and the platform was easy to use. I used the team to design and edit my Tribute which I would highly recommend. They accommodated a few late videos and made an amazing highlight reel. Don’t think, do it. Use Tribute.

Tribute made the process accessible to someone who is not computer happy. I liked that they sent reminders and let me know what to do next. In the end the editors were fairly responsive. I would use them again.

I'm beyond surprised to see negative reviews for Tribute.co. Flummoxed! This was the second time I made a video project for milestone birthdays. First was for my mom's 90th and recently for my best friend's birthday and my experience in creating them and with customer service has been nothing short of outstanding. Quick replies/support. The first time I used concierge service which was fantastic but for this one I did it myself. My mom was THRILLED, my BFF was completely BLOWN AWAY. You can customize with photos and personalized music if you want to. Very user-friendly and whenever I had a question I reached out to customer support and within 24 hours got a reply. I will undoubtedly use this again - value is great and final product GORGEOUS!! Five stars!!

I would give this zero stars if I could. The amount of time I've had to spend giving feedback and time stamps only for my feedback to be ignored has made Tribute a horrific experience. At one point the tech broke down. You never interact with an actual human. You can't talk to any customer service. And they take 24 hours to get back to you and each time the "bot" has a different name. Save yourself the 30+ hours of wasted energy and find a different service. The amount of anxiety you'll experience and horrible customer service is not worth it.

This review is all about the concierge service, not the platform itself. Communication difficult. Emails not answered. Deadline for the final video not met. It’s worth mentioning that despite paying a concierge service, I received a tribute where all the videos made by friends were covered with music so impossible to actually hear our friends wishes on the tribute. Very disappointing given the cost of this service.

The platform itself was fine. It was easy for me/others to upload of videos and played nicely for our recipient. However, I would not pay extra for the concierge service again. It took way too long, and ultimately, I ended up sending it before anyone ever helped or even looked at it. There were videos without sound and that were sideways and “the service” did not even catch those. I was very disappointed in the “extra” that I paid for.

Have not used for several months. I am now charging for last 6 hours and screen is black. What could be the problem?

I used the concierge service with the video book. Easy to use and a good result. The only issue I had was that my video book was not delivered on time because the company forgot to ship it on time. I did get an apology
Too little , too late

This was such an easy experience! The step by step guide walked me through the whole process. At one point, I had to ask a question through the chat feature..it was answered immediately and I was on my way. The recipient just loved it and I was very happy with the result!

I’ve created seven Tributes, and without fail the recipients are deeply moved and appreciative. I genuinely enjoy using the platform. I especially love the recent upgrades that have been introduced. The experience feels far more intuitive, and the new backgrounds and themes add such a warm, welcoming touch compared to the previous version. And more importantly, Tribute staff is helpful, patient and accommodating.

I have had a wonderful experience getting this video compiled with over 60 participants. I needed to group people, delete duplicates, and rearrange - which the support and concierge teams were most responsive to help me do. It made the experience fun and rewarding. I can't wait to present the video book to my husband at his surprise birthday party.

This is my third time using tribute. The recipient has always really loved it. It’s easy to use the support is great. We often don’t express our appreciation, love, respect and admiration for those closest to us…but at funerals it all pours out. This is a truly beautiful way to give those persons we love their flowers when they can really feel the love. I highly recommend tribute.com for any and every occasion that presents the opportunity to let a person know how loved they are.

VERY easy to use (and I was asking older people) so that made it so awesome. It was also easy to upload from my phone etc.
