When I was managing businesses I never wanted the good news - for what? The bad news was more useful and meant I needed to do something.
TMC, in my experience over 6 years, needs to keep doing what you are already doing so well - on both sides of the Reception Desk.
I came to you first because Charles Hutchinson said you were the best. I don't know how I would judge anyway. When Charles Triay, in effect, saved my life a few years ago, I would say this was a good starting point for a long relationship. Even when a new charge arrives (€10 for a prescription) I do not sit and cry, because I remember that if Charles had not sent me to hospital on that day, I might not be here to pay the €10 charge...
