We couldn’t recommend Annalee at Trethowans highly enough.

As first-time buyers, we were understandably nervous about the whole house-buying process, but from start to exchange of contracts, Annalee was absolutely amazing. She guided us through every step and made what can be an incredibly stressful process feel so much more manageable.

We managed to exchange contracts in under three months, which was no small feat given our very specific and rigid timescales due to being in rented accommodation. Annalee worked incredibly hard to navigate these dates and coordinate with the sellers’ solicitors, keeping everything moving and ensuring everyone was aligned. Her communication was fantastic throughout, and we always felt like our purchase was in safe hands.

Even when Annalee was away for a couple of days, she made sure we had seamless cover from her colleague Katy, who was equally as responsive and professional.

We genuinely can’t thank Annalee enough for all her hard work and for guiding us through such a big milestone. We’re so grateful for everything she has done and would absolutely recommend Annalee and Trethowans.

Karen Perugini was calm ,lucid ,capable and very professional . The office was easy to find and pleasant to visit

Marianna was excellent and professional all the way through. She kept me updated on the sale at every step and it was not an easy sell to be fair. I would recommend Trethowans and Marianna in particular, was more than happy with the fee and service I received so thank you, much appreciated.

I cannot recommend Richard and the service highly enough. I was dealing with an extremely private, personal and sensitive matter, and throughout the entire process I was treated with complete discretion, dignity and respect. Everything was handled professionally and sensitively, which made a very difficult situation that little bit easier. I am incredibly grateful for the care and understanding I received.

I cannot thank Laura Bell enough for all of her help, support and guidance throughout what has been an incredibly difficult and stressful few months.

From the very beginning, Laura took the time to listen to me, understand what was important to me and my children, and guide me through every step of the process. I really appreciated how thorough she was and how she was happy to go through all of the detail with me, answer my questions and make sure I felt heard and understood. I know I can be quite particular and like to understand everything fully, and Laura was incredibly patient, supportive and reassuring throughout.

I am so grateful for the outcome we achieved and for everything Laura did to help secure an outcome that is in the best interests of my children. She was professional, approachable, thorough and genuinely caring throughout the whole process.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Laura to anyone who needs family law support. Thank you so much, Laura, for everything you have done for me and my children.

The staff at Trethowans were friendly, efficient and helpful and kept me fully informed of progress of my case at every step, which couldn't have gone smoother. I highly recommend them.

We have found Trethowans to be excellent with regard to all aspects. We were stressed about our house move and found that process very frustrating but can see the reasoning for due diligence.

We visited Trethowans to make our wills and the whole procedure was conducted in a friendly and efficient manner.

Trethowans have quite rightly long held a good reputation in this region. They are always professional, efficient and to be trusted. They will also make you feel welcome and treat each person and case as individual. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

the sale and purchase was a drawn out due to no fault of Trethowans. Their speed of turnaround and response was brilliant, even with the unexpected need of change of person dealing with the matters, which was seamless and the focused, professional service continued.

Thank you Matthew and Olivia. You were both great and a delight to deal with.

We would not hesitate to recommend Denise Owen at the Salisbury office. From the start to the end a 5 star professional service. Many thanks Denise and to your team.

Emma was extremely caring and kind, she always listened to me and what was important to me and helped me move through a very challenging time. Emma's efficiency meant I could achieve my goals within the divorce in a timely manner and make a start on a new future. Thank you
