Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the finish on your pendant has faded over time. We understand how disappointing that can be, especially when it's a piece you enjoy wearing.

We'd truly love the opportunity to look into this and see what we can do to make it right. Unfortunately, because your Trustpilot review doesn't include your full name, email address, or order information, we're unable to locate your purchase and review the details.

If you're willing, please reply to this review with the email address associated with your order, or send us an email at info@trescolori.com with your name and mention your Trustpilot review. We'll personally investigate your order and do everything we can to find a solution that leaves you happy.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We genuinely hope you'll give us the opportunity to assist you.

I always love getting my jewelry sets for myself and my son from Tres Colori! Banged up far as quality and they are beautifully made. I also love the discounts. I still have several pieces from 2 years ago that look like they were made today.

Christmas Gifts

I absolutely love shopping with Tres Colori! Every piece of jewelry I've purchased from this company has been beautiful and excellent quality. The shipping can take a little longer during the holiday season, but that's completely understandable given the increased demand. Overall, I've had nothing but great experiences, and I will definitely continue shopping with this company. Highly recommend!

I have been buying jewelry from Tres Colori for over a year and mostly custom items as gifts to love ones. Each piece has been made with such details and great quality craftsmanship that my family can’t talk saying much such they love theirs. Customer service is great and having the VIP experience saves me money.
