Bling Bling Blaw

I’ve bought 3 custom necklaces and a bracelet that’s still going strong with no discoloration. The jewelry is durable and I was able to shower with them on. Definitely will be purchasing again.

I love my necklace

My necklace is beautiful, looks just like the photo. People are surprised by the amount I said I paid for it thinking that it costs way more than it does because of the quality. It is customized as ordered so just be patient as it took roughly 3 weeks to receive it from the day I ordered it, but it was definitely worth the wait. Ordering more pieces soon!

Vastaus yritykseltä Tres Colori

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your last few experiences didn't meet your expectations. We know how disappointing that must have been, especially as someone who gave us multiple opportunities.

We're glad we were able to provide you with a refund, but our goal is always to deliver jewelry and an experience that leaves our customers excited—not simply to process refunds after the fact.

Unfortunately, we're unable to identify your account from your Trustpilot username alone. We'd truly appreciate the opportunity to learn more about what happened and see if there's anything further we can do to make things right. If you're willing, please reply with the email address associated with your order, or contact us directly at info@trescolori.com and mention your Trustpilot review.

We genuinely value every customer, and we'd love the opportunity to restore your confidence in Tres Colori.

— The Tres Colori Team 💛
