Happily Returning Customer

I've placed multiple orders with Tres Colori now and one thing I really love is the communication. They confirm once my order is being prepared, and once it's shipped, it arrives quickly and packaged with care. The necklace I ordered is actually the second one with the same design, it's beautifully made and holds up well for the price.

Turned colors

I only wore my 3 name necklace twice, and I had it around my neck for about 8 hours total. My necklace is turning. I feel like I didn't get my money's worth it shouldn't have turned so fast. It was beautiful when I first got it.

Vastaus yritykseltä Tres Colori

Hi Antoinette,

We’re truly sorry to hear this. A necklace you were excited about should not leave you feeling disappointed after wearing it only twice, and we completely understand why you feel you didn’t get your money’s worth.

We’d really appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you. We’ve reached out to you privately so our team can personally assist you. We’re happy to provide a prepaid return label and arrange a brand-new replacement for you at absolutely no cost.

We stand behind our jewelry and, more importantly, we want our customers to feel taken care of when something doesn’t go as expected. We hope you’ll allow us the opportunity to turn this experience around for you.

— The Tres Colori Team 💛

Great purchase!

My order was easy to place AND arrived quickly! The prices were better than fair, as I placed an order for two necklaces, and a ring all for under $100. The quality of the product is very good too. Looks more expensive than what it is!

Tres Colori jewelry is my go to brand…

Tres Colori jewelry is my go to brand ever since I received my first piece. The jewelry is durable, beautiful and affordable which are the most important things I consider when choosing new jewelry. I also have a nickel allergy so I have to be pretty selective with what I wear and ive never gotten a reaction from any of their jewelry. I am confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase from tres colori too!

Amazing Jewelry

I really love this company they reached out to me personally every time I've ordered. My name spelling is unquie and I've never found it spelled like mine so I was thrilled when I found this company. I have 4 different pieces from them. Shipping is fast even on special orders. Everyone needs to at least have one piece from them! Happy Shopping♥️
