Excellent Product ! Great quality,

False advertising in the product I received. I was searching for a product for years quite literally and just couldn't find what I wanted mainly because of trade mark issues. Then I came across something that was picture perfect to what I had been looking for. Going by the price I thought that it was pricey but,it was ideal going by what I saw. Then after about 3 weeks I received the package. After opening up the bubble wrap type shipping package and got to the small box my heart sank just going by the weight. Then I opened the box and saw something one could expect to get from one of the old school machines that you put a quarter in ,turn a knob and your mystery prize dropped down. I contacted Trendy that day and they came back with " it looks good on our side". I replied with a side by side pic of what I got and what was advertised. Same reply from Trendy. I suggest you always use a CC, especially if you choose to do business with what appears to me to be someone who possibly outsources their "custom made" items. It doesn't say Trendy home wears on the packaging at all and there was no invoice with my order. I can best say it by this "BUYER BEWARE!

Did not receive any merchandise. I think I may have been scammed.

I ordered a unique jersey for Munetaka Murakami, a White Sox baseball player. 2 months passed and I didn't see it so I called and was told that the item had been delivered. When I told them that I hadn't received it they said that they would send me a replacement but I had to send a shipping fee of $9. I reluctantly paid the $ and I received the replacement within 4 days. Overall, I was happy with the jersey! The bright graphics and quality of the materials, plus it fit perfectly. I'm not happy about spending the extra money but I'm very pleased with the product. Thanks for making it right.

This site/company is ridiculous. I ordered a size 11 pair of Clogs and got a size 3, 4, or 5. I do not know the size because the size was not printed on the Clogs. No paperwork was delivered with product. Probably so you could not complain about how unprofessional they are. Do not order from this company.

Great customer service

Well I fin to order another item. I have received my order in great condition, I was worried at 1st because I was looking at the Dumb Reviews but I was wrong, I Will order from this company again. I didn’t have any problems, Andy was always reaching out , he kept me posted.

First, the products we ordered are quite simply excellent. The 3 products were exactly the sizes and styles that we ordered.
However, Shipping and Customer Service are reason for a 3 rating. From order date until the last of the 3 shirts arrived, it took from the order date of June 7, 2026, over 6 weeks to finally receiving our 3rd and final shirt on July23, 2026. This excludes the amount of time that was spent following up on our order through at least 5 emails, some of which Trendy sent to us were puzzling. At first, Trendy could not understand that 2 of the 3 shirts had not yet arrived. Then, there was some confusion about the sizes and number of shirts.
This was was the worst delivery service that we have experienced this year, by far. It was bad enough to bring down our rating from a 5 to a 3, considering the excellent quality (we rated a 5) of the 3 shirts.
