Can’t fault the service!

Ordered a retro golden lamp from Trendomark as a gift and there was a mix up with the courier (not their fault). I was pretty stressed because I needed it before a birthday dinner. Emailed them and honestly was amazed – got a reply in like 40 mins, they had already contacted the courier and even said they’d send a new one express if it didn’t get here in time.

It ended up arriving the next day thanks to them chasing it up, and they still followed up after to check everything was ok. That’s the kind of customer service you just don’t see much anymore. Made me feel like I could really trust them.

Beautiful product & super fast delivery! great customer support!

im honestly so impressed !Ordered the Retro Wave Speaker and it arived in just 5 days here in Germany. It was packaged beautifully and in perfect condition. the sound quality is nice for such a compact design, and the warm light gives my desk such a cozy vibe. customer service was very polite since i made a mistake with my shipping address but they fixed it directly and took care of it .
I also love that TrendoMark supports the Bee Kind Initiative cause it feels good knowing my purchase helps a good cause. Overall, excellent experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be ordering again !
