Good people to buy from. They have even replaced me an electric tooth brush that broke after few weeks after buying it!.
Didn't follow up a claim that I did about a steam broom that they've sent me in the wrong color though .....they said they will take it back and asked me to wait to hear from them but they never came back to me and... I didn't claim again...
Also some solar lights I bought from them didn't work (I've put batteries inside) but still don't work. I did nothing about it because Im in Spain and I understand returns are not easy ... but overall, they are kind and trustable.

Easy to use website just delivery is a let down stil waiting on my goods will be 5 days tomorrow which it does state it could take but would have thought quicker

The last few times I've ordered items they either haven't been delivered, or are not arriving in a decent enough time. I won't be using the online site again due to this.

I still haven't received my items, I've sent an email and had two different emails back one saying I would have the items within a few days and the next one saying their computer was down and they couldn't find trace of my order!!

This online discount site is fantastic - great offers on all kinds of things from jewellery to beauty, fitness, clothing and more. I have ordered discounted earrings and other items recently. My air freshener diffusers particular fragrance were out of stock so they sent extra of what they had got available. I got 4 instead of 2!! Thet get bad press but I have never had a complaint. Delivery is fast by Royal mail tracked service.

I order items on 10th feb 2017 still not recieved them have sent emails requesting delivery times and have been ignored. They have taken my money. So waiting game it is

Ive used this site many times and had my delivery time next day no problem and everything as stated on site.But this time let me down as I needed order for present and now sitting a week on and no delivery. as said before no issue if it wasn't needed for something.

I ordered a steam mop over ten days ago&I still haven't received it despite that fact that the company have taken payment for it!

After a shaky start with my order and being unable to track it I contacted trending picks via their Facebook page. I spoke to a gentleman called Dean who tracked down my order, he even went the their own depot to see what the problem was. Unfortunately my parcel was dropped and they didn't want me to be disappointed by receiving a faulty product. It's was repacked with a few extra items to say sorry and Dean arranged it be delivered next day delivery and I received them the next day. Well done Dean, fantastic customer service and extremely patient as I wasn't the best customer.

Ordered loads of things for my daughters birthday as it stated would be delivered within 48 hours. No parcel 6 days later and when I email them, I'm told they don't know what happened to my order but the items are now out of stock. I now have a very sad little girl cause I didn't have the money to replace the items. I've asked for a refund at least 6 times and they are ignoring my emails. I could just cry
