I have ordered 2 weeks ago from trendinpicks,I have been sent royal mail tracking code invalid twice,I m wondering if this company still alive or they just taking money

i won a necklace it came quickly, good communication and was a lovely prize!

So this company is just going bad to worse now. I have emailed this company for my refund before I went on holiday which I might add was the last week in September for 2 weeks I’ve been back for nearly 2 weeks and still nothing and emailed last week what’s it going to take

I would recommend this company for their speed of action regarding orders, they always send a well wrapped package nd Recorded Signed For, which can be traced on Royal Mail.

Always great service and the goods are fantastic quality, would recommend them to anyone.

I still not recived my order for more than 1 mounth.

It would have been very helpful to be advised of dispatch and likely arrival date. Current package arrived when I was not in hence having to rearrange

This was my first order & I was not impressed with the delay in regards the time it took to be delivered. I was also given the tracking number on the 19th of September so I could follow my package but I could only check on it's progress after it had been delivered to my neighbour.
