I placed my order on 30th March; it still has not arrived. I have emailed the company several times and get the same automated reply, and I don't reply
I spent £100 and wish I had read the reviews before placing this order. I am still seeking a refund for the failed order.

Dreadful experience

I placed an order on 27/02/26 which I still have not received as of today 14/04/26. I have sent many emails asking for information regarding the order and all I get is a response asking for my patience. I think I have been patient enough after six weeks and I have asked for a refund. They say that they will enquire but nothing happens. I should have read TrendAura reviews first!

The clothes arrived on 20th March, a month after the order was sent. The quality of the items are poor and some of them are see through. I have been trying to get in touch for a refund and with no luck. Avoid at all costs.

Stay away. I ordered a dress £128.00. I didn’t like the dress and asked to return the dress I was told I could have a 30% refund. I declined and haven’t heard a thing since.

I did not receive my order. It was delivered to a block of flats and I live in a house on the street. I am going round in circles with this. They have asked me to contact the courier. I said it is not my responsibility to chase the courier and quoted the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They are asking for proof I did not receive the package. You could not make it up.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
Terrible company.

Terrible company. Do not order from them! Poor customer service. Items do not match the quality shown on the website. They do not resolve issues when contacted.

Ordered what looked like an elegant wide leg jumpsuit. Item finally arrived and is definitely NOT as represented in the photo. Not elegant, not wide legged, clingy and poor representation of the image used. Lesson learned. Do not buy from this site.

things take weeks to show up if at all.

I ordered a dress from this company . It took approximately 3 weeks to arrive. It was nothing like the picture on the web and fabric was awful . Emailed and eventually got a reply after 3 days saying they would refund 40%.

Hmm no I want a full refund and you can have the dress . I will now contact Amex to see what I can proceed .

Company sold cork sandals but when they arrived, they weren't cork as described and depicted but 100% very cheap plastic. Don't buy from this company

I ordered a top for my partner weeks ago. It eventually arrived in the wrong size and the quality was poor. I eventually gotvan offer to choose something of a hgher quality, gift the top to save return costs and i would get a 40% discount. There was nothing of a higher quality i wanted but there was a nice looking pair of shoes for the same price. The Customer ServicecManager, Leia, interevened to say she would order shoes for me and also r3fund for the top as a gesture of goodwill. I accepted but nothing has happened and i am sick of chasing ... only shop with this lot if you want to lose your money .... i am prepared to take this further though if it remains unresolved as hate this kind of scam.

Placed order and heard nothing since, No response to E mails, telephone always engaged. This, I believe is a scam outfit, do not order from them, I am starting legal action to get them removed, Anyone else please report them if you have been stitched, let's get heartless con artists where they should be.

Don’t trust this spoof company. Paid for woollen jumper and three days later tried to track delivery. A link took me to Shopify where origin of jumper was China. There was a message stating “delivered two hours ago” we have not received the jumper- we were in all day, no one delivered anything. Went back to site and rang a UK number for customer care - greeted by answer phone, left message, have had no reply 5 days later. Sent two emails but have had undeliverable messages back for both. The company is registered at company house but this proves nothing, it seems this is a Chinese spoof company used to scam UK customers. DON’T RISK USING THIS COMPANY!!!
