Order arrived as expected and was excellent quality

The items were aesthetically and exactly as I purported they would be. Patches and lapel pins always enamored me.

Every time I go to the Sandusky mall I love going to the store. They have merchandise from all Star Trek’s shows. They also have show items that are not for sale, but you can look at them. I was able to find some things that I liked and the person that was working. It was a very kind person.

Conversation will Russ is always a treat. The store consistently looks amazing. The inventory is always fresh and organized. What is not to love about shopping The Federation and helping those in need at the same time.

The Federation is about community service.

A great shop for all Trekkies. Was nice to chat with Russ about Star Trek and how it all started. He tried (and made) as much as possible come true.

I will come back.

The store is incredible and I found items for myself and gifts for family

It has been very easy to get thing done with out running in to problems it was easy.

The only issue I had i think the ship in was too slow. Everything else was great.

The company did a wonderful job in dealing with my order. I placed the wrong shipping address on my order. I emailed them and with a quick response it was corrected. Such a pleasure to order from them.

it was confirmed with a delivery date. On 11.29.24
Federation canceled the order with an explanation
of 'out of stock' (website showed 'in stock' at the
time of purchase), no offer to replace or place on
back order; but, to their credit, did give an immediate
refund. The item was a Christmas gift for my grand
niece.

Had exactly what I was looking for, made ordering easy, fast postage. Very happy

Federation Headquarters is always a great experience. The few time I have been in the store I have found a few trinkets I just had to have. You can always have a great Star Trek conversation with Russ.

Shirts were great! Everything I’ve gotten fromthe Federation has been great quality.
one star less was just because the shipment was in two parts, and no information on the rest of my shipment was given- an update on the remainder of the shipment would be helpful.

Mary is awesome, funny, helpful, and so welcoming! This is a must visit place for any and all Star Trek fans! I can't wait to see the Enterprise model restored and flying above the center of the HQ!

If you’re a Star Trek fan from Ohio or afar, get yourself to Federation Headquarters for sci-fi fun! You won’t be able to resist taking a picture in the coveted captain’s chair! Their selection of Star Trek merchandise was incredible. I didn’t even know where to begin when I walked into the store! As for the Federation itself, their volunteers have done a marvelous job managing the place for so many years. I recommend joining a Federation chapter and volunteering at the store if you’re local!
