I had the exact same experience with BuyTreeSeeds.com as many other posters here! After placing an order and following up a few days later for confirmation (because I had seen these reviews and grew suspicious), the owner abrupty cancelled the order and then launched a seriously MENTAL tirade of childish and profane taunts. He did give me a full refund, but I highly recommend: a) AVOIDING BuyTreeSeeds.com, and b) using Sheffield's Seed Company instead. These are totally different experiences; very happy with Sheffield's!

I contacted Tree Seeds to claim that my order had not being recieved after 16 days of purchase; this was their answer: Your just an impatient person
I said I'd send them Thursday and it ended up being today (friday)
I cancelled your order. Refunds take 1-2 days go and spend your $5.95 some where else.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE

FRAUD!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They do not respond to calls/emails or texts. They steal your money and then act as the "victims". I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and requested a refund from my bank. They messed with the wrong person this time!!!! I have every intention of pressing charges against these folks. Lawyer up if you are from TreeSeeds.com and are reading this!!!! This is illegal due to it being an online purchase and intrastate "commerce". Enjoy jail!

Ordered my seeds more than a year ago. Never got my seeds, guy never responded to my e-mails. The prices looked too good to be true, turns out they were.

They never sent the seeds. They stop responding. Changed their email address. They string you along awaiting fulfillment promises long enough that it's too late to dispute with the credit card company. Did a deep dive and this same guy had another company where he screwed people before.

Wow! Wished I would have saw these reviews before placing order before zelling payment. Should have been a red flag. Tried calling went to voice mail.

I should of read the negative reviews. This place is a scam. I’ve ordered seeds in April 16, says awaiting fulfillment like everyone replied. This place I don’t know why the cops don’t investigate and throw these crooks in jail. This is corruption in the world also I’ve paid for it and can’t get my money back. NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! This is wrong and stealing. Please anyone ordering from this site read mine and the negative reviews before ordering. Their crooks and liars which they should be shut down like RATS!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!

Placed an order in mid-March. Immediately sent payment and received order and payment confirmation. Order status was changed to "Awaiting Fulfillment". Status never changed and the owner never replied to my emails. The phone number listed seems to be disconnected. It's end of May and still nothing. DO NOT BUY from this website.

Do not order from this website. I paid with Zelle and the payment is marked Completed. I did not receive my order after 3 weeks. My bank is sending me to Zelle, and Zelle is sending me to my bank. No way to get money back.

yes it is a scam Patrick Kompf drug addict spent time in jail for scamming people then I lent him $5000 to start doing it again if I had known he would never have been able to get back in business I have known pat for 30 years sorry for trusting him my fault sorry

Complete scam. Ordered seeds, never arrived. Don't answer email or phone calls. I advised Venmo that they should remove the account.

How is this website still operational after nearly two years of scam complaints? I issued a chargeback with my bank this morning after not receiving a response from my calls or emails from an order placed in August.

Purchased Nov 30. No order # or any proof that the seeds I bought was shipped out. Won't answer calls or emails. Beware this scammer

hello everyone I just want to let you know that I ordered from tree seeds not too long ago it's been almost 3 weeks now and I've been wondering what is going on with my order I ordered from two other places and I got those eat already but the funny part is I ordered from treeseeds.com first then I ordered from the other places to Weeks Later and I already got those seeds from the other places I love so many voicemails and emails tell is not even funny something needs to be done about their poor performance and not making their customers happy I would never order from a place like that ever again and I recommend that you would not either don't even waste your time nor your money on a place like that they don't care about you or your needs

Seeds ordered, postage paid. Then nothing, no response to emails or phone calls. A scam website. Stay away.

Purchased tree seeds on Jan 21st 21 for $37. Order status was still pending beginning of March, so started to send emails and messages through site's message system. After a month of receiving no reply of what so ever, I filed reclaim to credit card company. Website is very genuine looking, but do not fall into believing that it is legit. Maybe they have been operational before, but now it is abandoned scam site.

Garbage company, does not respond to any status updates on your order. Had to issue a charge back to get my order shipped. Go literally anywhere else.
