Great products. I only buy Treblabs products. I always buy four at a time. I just bought 4 X4's to go with 4 new X3 Pro's. Don't bother looking, I did all the research. Only buy this brand. Great customer service as well.

Treblab Z7 noise cancelling. Touch controls are a little iffy

All good, except charge doesn't last as long as advertised. I need it to last a work day without having to charge it again .

Was in the market for earbuds that could deliver a decent sound, have ANC, comfortable, good battery life and easy to control. After some research online I purchased these. Had tried the Sonys and Galaxy Buds 3 pro but was not impressed. For the price, I think these are best value for money. Decent sound, comfortable fit, great battery life, and very good ANC. Would have liked to have an app to provide some equalisation of sound. These have replaced my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro as my go to buds.

The product was for a newer model of the Z2 headphones. I have probably the first generation of the C2 headphones. Love the headphones need replacement, ear foam, guess I can’t get any.

They make great quality headphones that last a long time.

I cannot get the new ear pieces to fit and cannot find anything on your website on how to put them on. My phone will not read a QR code.

The sound quality is good. These earbuds stay put, even in yoga inversions. And the price is reasonable.

Very comfortable and the noise cancellation helps me get in the zone when exercising. I love them!

We live in Spain and my son did extensive research on the Treblab headset. Due to mishandling in customs the headset arrived damaged. The Treblab customer service was so amazing and responsive! They worked with me to identify a way to expedite a replacement. The new headset arrived today and my son immediately put them to the test during a work-out. Treblab delivered a fabulous product and we are very happy with the headset and the overall shopping experience with the Treblab team! Kudos to these professionals!

they got back to me quickly. I needed new ear cushions for my original headphones. Unfortunately they are no longer available so they offered me a discount upgrading the the current model, which I took advantage of.

I owned a pair of their product from many years ago and a part broke. I chose to purchase another pair because they worked so well for so long. I am pleased so far with this new pair. Glad they are still in business!

Took 5 tries to get to resolved and even the last try was hard to navigate.

The shipping was extraordinarily fast--came the very next day, even during Christmas week!

These headphones are a high quality product--great sound and noise cancellation, comfortable and easy to charge, turn on and off and adjust volume.

This was my 3rd experience and will be purchasing from again.

I've tried the most expensive ear buds by you know who as well other equally expensive ones and none of them will stay in my ears; I must have tiny hear canals (???) Purchased TREBLAB ear buds at least 7 years ago and they were still going strong! I loved them and still do but the black Friday deal seemed like a good time to upgrade them. My old ones were BT but both ear buds were connected, which was nice because I could let them hang around my neck and not lose them. I ordered the X3 Pro and love how they charge in the case (no umblilical cord between them) and they sound even better and stay on and in my ears perfectly. They seem to have better noise cancelling power (but are not marketed as noise cancelling). Ordering and shipping was easy and fast. The only reason for 4 stars is that I wish the charging case which holds the ear buds could also hold the small charging cable and cleaning tools.

I never received my package which was paid for. I was told by the shipper that it was lost. I contacted Treblab & have been going back and forth for days with no answer to where my package is. I have no choice but to report it to my credit card company and dispute the charge.
