prices are expensive
prices are expensive, they charge for eveyrthing, there are many other train ticket providers on the market way more cheape, search them before to buy here. NOT RECOMENDED!!!!!

Nice and sweet
The reservation thought the website was straight-forward and easygoing with all the instructions well detailed and in English option. However, we think that National Government should invest more money in reinforcing the frequency of the trains (currently there is only one train daily from Tbilisi to Kutaisi) and its speed (It takes 6h, hello? Is this 2025?) to promote the use of public transport and make the journey for Georgians smoother. If you are traveling in Georgia, we recommend you to get this train as the views are astonishing. Matloba 🫶🏼.

staff didnt let me in the train bc i had forgotten my ID home even tho i had the ticket and ID picture. They literally made me pay TWICE AS MUCH on the train bro i payed 68GEL (+ my own ticket) for just one way to batumi :). ფუ

they made me pay twice as much just…
they made me pay TWICE AS MUCH because i didnt had my ID with me. Even tho i showed them my ID picture they refused to let me in and literally made me pay 68GEL even tho i had paid already for the ticket. Staff was soooooo not helpful, very rude and literally didnt gave any shit, they wanted to just get rid of you. Turns out if i had bought a new ticket in the cash register could have been less but no one told us. Got charged twice. As a georgia citizen its very disappointing and im never stepping my foot in this shithole again. ფუ სრული სიღორე 🤮
