Please read this! This is a scam. They asked triple the price! 1299 for 2 tickets round trip. They then told me that canceling doesn’t do anything and the reservation of $400 is non refundable. That’s not how that works and this is bait and switch. It is illegal. I told them to cancel and that I would record the call. I asked for proof of purchase of the tickets. They said they didn’t have it and wouldn’t since I canceled but they would still charge me. Getting this statement proves fraud on their part as they are not supplying what they promised. I will be watching my card to make sure I don’t get charged and cancel the fraudulent charges.

Do not get intimidated, their job in this fraud is to scare you and blame you. Just keep requesting it and notify them that you will not accept any charges on your card. Just remember it’s not your fault and forgive yourself. Bad people do this for a living.

I am submitting fraud paper work and ask that everyone who has issues does as well. This business should be shut down.

Not a good experience with the rep, not helpful at all. after i paid I was told there were no more seats available and for a upgrade I could be put on a similar flight, I expressed that i arranged the flight around my work schedule but that didn't matter what was told to me was my only option, when i mentioned refund since it's only been 45mins into the booking she laughed, very unprofessional reps, do yourself a favor and stay away from this site, id rather pay more than deal with a 3rd operation like TRAVOPORT, REAL TALK !!!!!!!!

I booked a ticket online with them, paid and received a confirmation number with them. I received a phone call while I was sleeping at 955 pm to confirm my ticket again. (Says nothing on their website about confirming twice) my ticket was cancelled and to rebook the following day I was being charged 96% more than my original amount I was already confirmed. When confronting about this policy all I was pointed to was *tickets are subject to change. Going direct with the airlines on their websites was cheaper after all of their fees. This business practice seems misleading at best.

They are a total scam and I spent an entire day dealing with their dishonest ways of booking my flight. They quote a low price on the front page to draw you in and then after you receive your email stating Booking Successful. DON'T BELIEVE IT. They will call to say that they need to find you another flight for additional monies. I literally spent hours on this to try to get my $$ back. I will never us another business to purchase my airline tickets. I don't know how they are able to stay in business. They need to be investigated and shut down.

Very Bad Experience – No Response
A third party booked tickets for me through Travoport and sent me their confirmation.

However, when I checked with the airline, the booking was not confirmed.

I contacted Travoport directly through their official email (via travoport.com) but never received any reply.

This shows a complete lack of reliability and customer support. I cannot trust this company and I strongly advise others to avoid them.

This was attempted FRAUD. For starters, after paying for a flight to Jacksonville, I was expecting my tickets in an email. 14 hours later a guy name "Paul" called me and went over a host of restrictions. Red flad #1 "Paul" had a very Indian accent. I asked if this was a call center in India, he said not he was based in Miami. I felt in my gut it was BS. I told Paul to transfer me to a supervisor. He did...he sent me to "Michael" who also had a heavy Indian accent. He went on the say the section of the airline is sold out and they could offer me a guaranteed flight for an additional $92.00. I asked him how many times do you play this game , this scam. He laughed and said no. It was only when I threatened to call the Airline, FAA and Bettter Business Bureau and the US Deparment of Transportation did they place me on hold... only to come back 60 seconds later to say "they submitted a request for a full refund" These people are immoral and fradulent. I told how disgusting are you people, your mother and father raised you to be a grown up and you grew up to be a scam artist --- YOU ARE PATHETIC --- AVOID this company at all costs.

FRAUDULENT FRAUDULENT FRAUDULENT. You will get a booking confirmation from them and then they will call you hours later saying the price of the flight has changed therefore they need to charge you more because THEY NEVER BOOKED YOUR FLIGHT WHEN YOU GOT THE CONFIRMATION.
