Great customer service!
I was very fortunate to speak with Trevor. He was so very helpful and went the extra mile for me and stuck with it! I booked a trip and while on that trip we had to make some changes to flights and after going back and forth with the airlines they finally refunded, however they sent the refund to Travelodeal. Trevor researched the information found the refund and got it to me. He kept me informed every step of the way! Thank you Trevor!

Hi
Yesterday I booked a holiday to Malta after spotting a deal on Travelzoo. The agent I spoke to was Aaron. I was booking for a party of five and throughout the whole process, Aaron answered my questions with clarity and patience. He was very helpful and did not hesitate to liaise with his manager in order to secure the best deal for us. The booking was a positive experience and I would be very happy to use Travelzoo for future holidays. Thank you Aaron.
