I booked a cruise for my family of five for March 2026, but the cruise line cancelled it. While cancellations happen, the aftermath has been an absolute disaster.

It has been over a month and a half since the cancellation, and I have received zero proactive communication regarding my refund. Despite contacting them weekly, I am stuck in a loop of scripted responses. Every representative gives me the same empty line: "Rest assured that your refund is being handled." The Reality of Booking Here:

The Pro: The prices are undeniably competitive.
The Con: Customer service is non-existent when you actually need it.
The Risk: If your trip doesn't go exactly as planned, you are essentially on your own.

Bottom Line: A "good deal" isn't worth the stress of having your money held hostage with no timeline for its return. If things go wrong, you are in serious trouble with this company. Stay away unless you’re willing to gamble with your money.

This issue is specific to TravelWings Nigeria. A significant sum of money was deducted from my account for payment to book a flight, the flight booking failed, and yet the money was not returned automatically. I had to manually request a refund, which is taking 20 days to process. We all know how expensive flight tickets are these days, so you can imagine how damaging this has been for me. I will not be using TravelWings again due to this experience.

I had such a very good experience. I made a mistake on my booking and a girl named SHIVAN helped me a lot calmed me down because I was panicking. Corrected my ticket. And her communication was really good we understood each other. For sure I will be using this agency to book my tickets again. I will recommend my friends to who are planning to book. I regretted getting my ticket from this agent and i will not use them or refer my friend to them again.
i got my Qatar ticket from them which later got cancelled 6weeks after it purchased and when i called Qatar airways for reason i was told the agent did not update my information with the ticket ( datapage, phone number ) i called travelwing for 4days now they refused to resolve it till now, i spoke with KASHISH and other but none of them do anything, i was chatting with Qatar few minutes ago and asked for IATA number of agent, i called travelwing to feed Qatar but a lady on phone gave me two different wrong number.

We booked a flight to the United Kingdom and due to some unforseen circumstances we had to cancel the flight in early December 2025. Am yet to receive a refund to date, alot of apologies with no explanation. Just be honest and let us know if we are conned and I need to seek legal action

Her assistance to my queries and worries made a big difference. Last March 24, 2026 I informed and confirmed to travelwings about my intent to rebook my flight after countless emails and calls unfortunately despite the promises of the agents that they will update me I never heard any from them. Not until today, March 27, when God answered my prayers through Ms. Keerti. As I am currently in my home country calling their hotline number is expensive. None of the previous agents had called me back except for Ms. Keerti, also she never ended my call not until she resolved my rebooking problems.
