Travel triangle trip taken for Mauritius July end . The trip was taken up by Craftz travel which gave a quote . Overall booking and all was smooth . However I was told to book flight with them only . Mr. Nonihal from Craftz does was not helpful when needed in spite of they insisting I benefit if I take from them . When my flight were delayed and when cancelled no help update from them came inspite they telling we check and help I had to call them to check but then the updates and responses were not helpful enough even when I said to them I want to Delhi only the agent insisted to take Delhi and then go Mumbai which was absurd and weird .Also for Casela he had no information that the entrace included the basic safari and he kept on arguing with me on the same .The price also I feel was higher keeping and activity updates and things add on given was not good . Also for Insurance the suggestions were poor and I had no clue what those bogus names were and I had never heard them .
Travel triangle charges amount from other agent and hence the cost came was higher. Crafz travel need to buckle up and learn what they are selling and talk and help customer more. I would not suggest travel triangle nor Craftz travel to anybody .When my flight cancelled no update or ask done for even the seat booking preference that was told they can easily do was done poorly . Mr Nonihal would not be of any use and ensured that one is not helped . I could sense that from the way he spoke and offerred no help . With such pathetic support one need not go for such agent and take booking on flight themselves and take land packages from better providers is what the lesson was . Also When I had asked for hotel prices of other hotel given I was not even given that and had to keep the one I had opted .

Thats what Travel Triangle is all about. We 3 friends have booked 6N/7D itinerary with them. The thing we were told in conversation on call and the thing written in the invoice were totally different. Never belive in verbal communication done with any of the agent from any firm. They will give many committments on call. But on paper it will be totally different. A lady named prerna called us for this inquiry. We told her about our plans. Then after 1 day of discussing we came to some mutual decision. Now at time of final booking the hotel they have mentioned in the plan and the hotels that they were giving totally changed. They gave property that were away from the city. See how the scam begins. On call and on discussion things were different and at time of actual booking things were different. Also they will send direct the payment link and ask to do payment on that. Never do payment directly before reading all the terms condition of the invoice. They promised us sedan car(swift Desire) and driver came with glanza(hatchback).

They are just travel aggregator which out source the trip plan to other agencies. Our trip also was outsources to some small agency. Also the driver they have booked was from 5th party. He was out sources with 3 agents in between, all having their commission.

so the driver knew nothing about the itinerary and was very very rude. we have booked trip with AC car and he didnt turn on AC in whole trip. We complaint several times to the agent and also called customer care at travel triangel. But no one was able to solve our problem. It was a big big scam. All are part of it. There were many middle men, who have outsources the trip to small agents. So they will just divert u from one call to other.

The driver did not drop on any of the sightseeing location. Instead he will drop u way before the main point. We walked almost 10kms every day due to this. They will give u many excuse about traffic and all but its all a lie.

When we complaint about this to the customer care the driver even disobeyed him and refused him on call that the car will not go further. This is what service they will give u. Will not solve any of the on field problem once u have done the payment.

Ms Prerna and Mr Ashutosh were the agent with whom we have booked this. And while calling Ashutosh for this type of query he was very very rude on call and used to laugh at our situation. Literally he laughed at us. I have all the recording of calls.

Please please plan it by yourseld instead. Dont fall for this trap. It will ruin your peace of mind and trip as well.

Don’t book from them it’s the biggest scam . You won’t get any response after booking . The only thing you can do is to mail them with no revert no help . The same things is with their travel partner specially flexi Feria Taruna . She will not receive the call after booking and only option she will give is to cancel the booking . I am reaching out to share my recent experience with a travel agency called "Travel Triangle" and their partner "TRIP SAILER." Unfortunately, I had a rather disappointing encounter with their services.

During my interaction with their representatives, I found them to be lacking in both knowledge and professionalism. Their lack of familiarity with the destinations was quite evident, as they heavily relied on Google for information. This resulted in an itinerary that appeared enticing but ultimately fell short of expectations.

Furthermore, the accommodations they recommended turned out to be subpar, leaving me with no choice but to accept the situation. Despite attempting to seek assistance from the manager or contacting Travel Triangle's customer care, I received no response whatsoever.

Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating, wasting both my time and money, and tarnishing the trust of my family. I felt it necessary to share this feedback with you, as I believe it is important to be aware of such experiences.

They are talking that leads will be free, but they charged haevy amount for registration, every tour more then 8% minimum profit payment also not transferred into agent account and all thing doing self. In case of any complaint 100% responsibility on tour agent. so don't come their trap. I want to give rate in NAGATIVE but here are no option.

Scam alert and TW: physical assault by driver given by agency. Travel triangle allotted us this agency called Travel on Ease - an absolute nightmare
- My parents in their 70's who took this trip and paid were scammed for Rs. 64000/- They also charged us 4000/- rs. Extra and threatened me at the airport. They are simply cheats. They will not coordinate or communicate anything.
-They will not make a single payment to any vendor and they will embarrass you at every hotel you check in because the hotel won't let you go as the agency didn't pay them.
- They gave us a highly unprofessional driver Asif who committed an accident twice. He physically assaulted me later on while threatening at airport charging me 4000 extra which I was not ready to pay because I already paid the entire amount. I had the worst experience with this agency and Kashmir.
- If you get a call from somebody called as Kamlesh or Kewal beware of them. They will manipulate you till the end. They will ruin your entire trip. I had such a horrible experience. @Pradeep Rana you should shut down your agency because you guys threaten and assault tourists.
- My parents who are senior citizen were threatened on airport. My father suffered from cardiac issues because we weren't given proper rooms. We were charged a hell lot of amount and given lodges. We had to climb 4 floors everyday with no proper food with two senior citizens in their 70's who are heart patients.
- The hotels were pathetic especially Seven Hills resort in Srinagar. It's a dharamshala not hotel, they didn't have electricity or water either. They ruined our entire trip. And we wasted so much money with them. I got injuries and bad experiences only with travel on ease.
- They will change all your hotels and will scare you so much that u would just want to go home. Shame on you guys!

Dont..Dont.. Don't book any trip with Adventuremania or Traveltriangle.
Nightmare experience as I booked this trip of Binsar and Almora from 18th May till 21st May, by Traveltriangle via Vendor Adventuremania. Traveltriangle which routed me to the vendor Adventuremania for this trip was the biggest MISTAKE recently I have made. Traveltriangle is endorsing these vendors like Adventuremania is just like endorsing fraudulent parties and cheating there customers. I have paid 10k in advance to travel triangle before I started the trip which was told as the prepayment. The CAB which they have assigned to me which was suppose to be the only transportation we were suppose to use for our trip was a allocated by another fraudulent vendor. The cab was suppose to come at 7:30 am on 18th May which the driver confirmed on the night before, actually came at
2.00 pm in the afternoon and the driver constantly lied about his whereabouts for the delay since morning 7:30 am. I informed the situation to the spoke person from adventuremania, Rohan was updating him constantly from the morning and when it was 12:30 PM in the afternoon I spoke with the manager from Adventuremania who in return told me that it was my fault that I contacted Rohan , their spokesperson and didn't contacted customer care. The cab driver was an out and out liar, unprofessional and brought a dirty, dusty broken non working cab and was giving me excuses that he will fix the problems on the way. Then Adventuremania manager asked me to start the trip with this driver only and when I refused to pay anything else to the cab till my trip ends, which I mentioned to the transporter and Adventuremania manager , at first they agreed to it and said there is no issue. After an hour since we started the journey the CAB driver stopped the cab at an petrol pump to get CNG and asked me to check with transporter to get him money to refuel his cab otherwise he won't do it. I was in the CAB with my 6 yrs old daughter and Wife in the scorching heat and I was literally blackmailed by the CAB driver and the transporter to get the payment from Adventuremania in order to continue the trip. The transporter said he is not issuing the payment to the above driver as Adventuremania is not releasing the fund and Adventuremania representative Aaditi said that there account guy was in Vaishnodevi so he can not share the OTP to release the payment. So I had to pay the Driver. No one even bothered to help me instead knowing my situation they pushed to do the payments and pay the money which I refused to pay the CAB till the trip concludes. The transporter, Adventuremania Representative Aaditi asked me to pay 5k to the driver as they were not relevant payment due to some reason or other. The CAB had issues from starting and again the driver stopped numerous times on the name of fixing the car self start switch to shift between CNG to Petrol. Each time he refueled petrol and CNG I paid at the pumps, I paid even for Fasttag recharge which they did not have recharged earlier before starting. The CAB driver continuously lied about the remaining time to reach and the CAB conditions as already one tire punctured along with the self start switch. At 12 am midnight we reached at Mohan checkpost which already closed for small vehicles due to Animal passing through the Jungle adjacent to Corbett National park. I requested the Police official saying I have a kid with me and no place to stay, so he allowed us to pass through but warned not to step out from the vehicle. We just rode for a couple of kilometres from the checkpost and the CAB broke down in the middle of the Jungle and didn't start at all. The lying CAB driver who was assuring me that he would drop me and my family safely to our destination now said he can't do anything and we have to ride back to Ramnagar and stay there. We also have to arrange our own transportation as the cab will not move. Around 1 am in the morning we managed to get truck and that kind hearted person agreed to give Me and my Family a lift till our Hotel in Ranikhet where we reached at 3:45 AM in the morning. It's inexplicable in words what my family and I had gone through the whole day from 7:30 am of 18th May till 3:30 am of 19th May.
My Trip which I was hoping to be a good memory has turned into one of the worst experience I have in my life on the very first day. please don't fall for any offerings by Travel Triangle or any of its associated vendors. They didn't return any money which I already paid. In the hotel also I had to pay the amount.

NEVER book a package with them. They are cheaters and do not offer any kind of support. The companies listed there are also fraud. They change hotels without notice.

I was very excited to send my parents on this trip and accepted a quote from adeventuremaniacom. But unfortunately the staff of adventuremaniacom is not professional and despite my multiple enquiries they didn't care to respond. Finally when the did it was for next installment which was really disappointing. After this incident my parents refused to go anymore. Also the person assigned from travel triangle for customer support named Vaibhav kumar continuously ghosted my calls and messages. This is not professional at all.

Nepal trip charged double price compared to other

Can’t get rid of pop up box, so abandoned anyway.

I was chased and followed up repeatedly through whatsapp chats (not even once they called me) to block the booking , playing with fancy words like " offers is valid only today or I'll miss " etc., after initial amount of 10,000 no 101 text messages like before to follow up, after more than several hours was I requested for our passport details. I had to withdraw in the end and cancel the booking with them as a precaution to stop any bad experiences caused by them on arrival at the destination, and that too after seeing humongous amount of bad and pathetic reviews about their service. Didn't want to take a risk especially considering the fact that it's a family trip... I totally regret contacting them in the first place. I'm now convincing myself by saying that the 10,000, I have given it to a beggar on the streets (I'd have been truly happy and satisfied if that was the real case, but unfortunately to some low level and poor transport and travel agency).

This is RAMYOGA from Saudi Arabia I am planned to Manali and Shimla trip, I have bad experience with travel triangle I need to give less than zero star but there no, I have been booked Manali and Shimla trip from Dehil airport to return Dehil. On 29th dec. till 2nd Jan. they changed me INR 88,500. I have booked Innova car, but they send to airport Ertiga old type its not fixed my family of 5 adults and one infant , I refused, then they said that after 150 KM, change Innova 2019 model,
Actual Delhi airport not allowed less then 2020 Diesel models cars, but the transport manager Mr. Niraj Kumar conformed it will come Innova, but driver Binder send old ertiga car and changed after 150 km to Innova
I have contact person from Travel triangle (Advanceeasy trip) Mr.’s Roshni Kumar, she promised room with heater with Gala dinner, but after I reached after long drive from Delhi 9.30 am to till 1.30 am almost 16 hours after reach they asking money then I called her then I got heater, the Manali room very bad they are saying its 3 star but its not worth I can say Bed and breakfast hotel, money only waste it’s not worth,
On 31 we start from Manali 8.30 am and we reached Shimla 11.45 pm before 12.00 am on 1 Jan night In Shimla hotel we fix Gala dinner, but they did not allow again we have arguments with hotel people again call Roshni Kumar its take more them 45 minutes, in mean time we miss gala dinner after 12.30 am only they allow that also waste of money
Final day 2nd Jan night my flight was 9.30 pm T3 Dehil airport, the driver Binder said in Delhi there is stick it may be road closed we need to start at 2nd Jan early morning before 6 am without breakfast, as per his instruction we started, actually he is lyer there is no strike in Dehil. He reached Delhi 3.30pm before 150 km Delhi and waiting for same like first day ertiga, again I refused and he try to arrange another cab but we did not get till 7.30 pm finally after long time waiting he arrange two cabs from ola cars and send to airport while reached airport we have high blood pressure because heave traffic and very close time of closed flight boarding gate.
I had very bad experience and unfair people, its looks like scammed. This trip worth only 60k only but I paid 88.5k
This is totally my mistake I have paid as per their schedule payments, but the service was very poor and frustration
I am advising to all travels do not book this type of people, if by mistake you book don’t give full payment till you return to airport. This my strong advice to all

Pathetic agency, they have cheated us. Their third party Track the Kashmir agency had made us feel so unsafe in Kashmir... They are involved in fake promises

Worst service.....they just want to mint money, they don't want any Coustomer satisfaction. I went to kerla trip and despite telling all requirement and paying money they gave worst service. The hoiseboat experience at Allepey ( Southern Panorama) was worst with rude staff and illtrained management. On informing the same to Garauv(so called Boss in the travel triangle hierarchy) he didn't respond and we were left in the hands of destiny

We planned our journey to agra and jaipur from Delhi with travel triangle expecting a good service.

Luckily we booked only transport from Delhi to Agra and Jaipur via this application for 4 days.

Initially the representative from TripPro(Service Provider in Travel Triangle), a travel agency coordinated with us in watsapp very nicely. They asked us to pay in advance half of the amount first before the joureny starts. I was informed they will be providing a clean suv car with guided driver.

When we reached delhi , TripPro arranged Cab facility with help of another service porvider called Noor India Holidays. The condition of the cab and was very pathetic, unclean and full of mosquitos living happily inside the car. As we had to start the journey on the same day and had paid half of the money shared in quotation, we were left with no choice, but to start the journey.

We were so much disturbed by the driver's attitude and the car provided, we called the TripPro representative and asked her to connect with the manager to provide complaints of the cab provided. It was so disheartening to experience such a lack of support and responsiveness from TRIP PRO in resolving this issue promptly, and the person who enacted like the manager (really not sure he is the manager) was threatening us in the conference call. They told like if you dont pay the balance 1/4th amount, the services will be stopped and you have to get down from the car. They were saying they have seen the pictures of the car and its clean.

The unclean transportation and the rude behavior of the driver, Mr Rajesh combined to spoil the entire mood of the trip. The Owner named Harpal Singh of 'Noor India Holidays' was also shouting on call when we called him as well to complain about the cleanliness issue. The driver came with a car with no CNG filled and almost two hours got wasted in searching for a cng pump and waiting in the queue to get it filled , on the first day itself.
The car's interior was visibly dirty, with stained seats and apparent neglect in cleanliness. The driver used to have his food and put the spillled food as it is in the car without cleaning it.

From what I understand, Travel Triangle serves as a platform that connects various service providers (Travel Triangle > trippro.in > Noor India Holidays). However, it is disappointing to note that once payment has been made, there seems to be little assistance provided in resolving any subsequent issues or concerns.

I would highly advise people to never avail their service.

Actually we don’t like to give even one star. But no option. They deserve negative hundred stars.
Last year November we requested a 9 nights 10 days package For February 2023 for Uttarakhand. Their agent Travel Skipper (attn: Akshita PrajApathi) responded and collected 73000 rupees in November itself. They never sent any itinerary. We kept messaging and finally by December end they sent itinerary! But no show and we were stranded in Dehradoon airport where they were supposed to pick us up! They kept telling they are on their way but nobody showed up. Travel Triangle kept asking us payment! They said they have received only 5500 rupees from Travel Skipper! They were unwilling to take responsibility for their agents scam. PLEASE AVOID using them. Totally cunning irresponsible people,

Their planning is not commensurate with the money charged for the services. We were supposed to go to miracle garden at 2:00pm to 5:00 pm, 3 hrs, which is already a very short time frame to sufficiently enjoy the trip, but the driver himself came 45 mins late and our travel agent was of no use, he gave himself plenty of excuses but nothing substantial. Also return pickup from global village is at sharp 10pm and if any late on our part, we have to find the transfers ourselves. Pathetic service from Timeless Trips Pvt Ltd.

Wanted to give zero but there wasn't any option. Pathetic service they assign a fraud partner who doesn't respond to your queries /requests and when you ask for refund they divert you to the fraud partners. I booked for andaman, the partner was Dreamzyatra. Attached are the screen shots of the issue.

Don't give them advance. If any kind of natural calamity happens, they'll take the entire 20% advance as cancellation charge. Please don't trust them with your money. I'm a victim of their fraud
