Travel Solutions Network Ltd. Arvostelua

Excellent service from Valerie,
She was on the ball getting us the seats we wanted on our flight,
Extremely efficient in booking our package holiday for next year,
Thankyou x

Absolutely fantastic service. Daniel couldn't do enough for us. We were doing a last minute booking (3days before) and the easyjet website wasn't accepting my payment. Daniel was extremely helpful and spent nearly 2 hours trying to resolve the issue with their IT and managed to book it for us. He kept us in the loop which was great.
Highly recommend!

An excellent service. The only reason I gave four star instead of five is that the payment process was very slow .
However I give five stars to the agent, Adama Bangura who went above and beyond to help us book our holiday. She was exceptional.
I don’t understand why I couldn’t book on the EasyJet site as when I got to the final stages of booking, it said that the holiday was no longer available. This happened when I tried a few alternatives. However when I phoned Travel Solutions the same holidays were miraculously available.
Thanks Travel Solutions but a bit unsure why I couldn’t have done it myself through EasyJet.

I had a problem with processing Easyjet booking online and was given TSN number to call. What a great experience, Daniel was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole thing very easy, calling back when he said he would and making sure the email came through. Will use them again!!

Your phone member of staff ,Kathryn was brilliant, friendly, polite, helpful and extremely professional....

Thank you...

Since the 5 star review I wrote on the 20th March, I've had a bit of a shocker health wise and have had to postpone another holiday. Spoke to Jane who could not have been more helpful in rescheduling my trip. Really nice to see such good customer service in today's world!

Daniel was amazing sorted everything for us quickly and was so helpful and should be top of the leaderboard for points on trust pilot

Rang easyJet as confused on the online booking
A chap Daniel dealt with us, he was extremely helpful and caring. Understanding our needs for our holiday
Booked with him, deposit paid
Everyone happy
Thankyou Daniel

Victoria was incredibly patient and efficient and immediately sorted out the booking problem. SO helpful

I booked a holiday via Travel Solutions Network as the agent acting on behalf of easyJet holidays for special assistance for my grandparents. Unfortunately due to the ill health of my grandma we decided to cancel the holiday with 60 days' notice which was in line with their policy of our deposit being refundable. Unfortunately they refused to refund our deposit despite us adhering to their policy. I would strongly urge anyone who is booking with this company to reconsider.

Adam Hallsworth was great with helping us book our holiday with EasyJet. He was very thorough, patient and listened to everything that was needed for our family. Excellent service and would happily use again!

Christine was absolutely fantastic and restored my confidence in how efficient and personable people can be can be

Vickey was very helpful, when was having issues she got back to me like she said and was very friendly and helpful

Michelle was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. She was also so friendly and clear in her information giving and professional during our booking experience with her.
Will not hesitate to use her again. Thank you, Michelle

Graham at EasyJet’s travel department
Was very helpful and guided me through booking a family holiday

Daniel Clyburn provided an excellent service and went out of his way to help us when the Ezyjet website went down. He sorted out our holiday and had to call us back several times.
All the bookings went smoothly and we had a wonderful trip to Copenhagen.
Thank you Daniel

Having chosen our hotel and flights with Daniel’s assistance we had some problems with our WiFi and which took some time and attention and in relation to which Daniel was extremely helpfull. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends and family and would use them again

Great service from Adam H, explained thoroughly everything about the booking, needed extra assistance and sorted everything out for us, very friendly and very helpful. Would recommend.

Wonderful service!

I can’t thank Scott enough for all his help in booking my holiday. I had an issue with the easy jet website so I had called over and Scott was amazing. He was so friendly and kind and patient. Answered all my questions and went above what was expected. Genuinely made the experience so painless. Really hope if you’re booking you are lucky enough to get him. Got the holiday I wanted and every detail perfect. Highly recommend. Thanks so much again
