Simon is my go-to guy for tickets
Simon is my go-to guy for tickets. He always manages to get me the best deal with great payment plans. I have booked my dads tickets with him every six months for some years now and can’t wait for my big family holiday to Uganda where he booked over 20 of my family members for a wedding in the summer.

Dear Miss. Mia Karibu,
Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
We would like to clarify that your original flight was unfortunately cancelled due to the ongoing global situation, which was beyond our control. However, we fully understand your concern regarding the communication, and we regret if you felt that you were not informed in a timely manner on this occasion.
Please note that despite the cancellation during a high-demand travel period in December, we arranged an alternative flight for you at no additional cost, even though the original ticket was purchased during a lower season. This was done to ensure that your travel plans could continue smoothly without any extra financial burden.
At Travels & Travels UK, we always strive to provide the highest level of service, and your feedback is extremely important to us. We will review this matter internally to further improve our communication process.
We truly value your continued trust in our services and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
Kind regards,
Travels and Travels UK
