Travelpayouts Digital Partnership Platform Arvostelua

Between the interface, the support and the insane amount of programs available to travel bloggers it's truly my go-to for everything affiliate marketing — love em!

My experience with Travel Payouts has been wonderful so far. I love that the links are easy to add to my site, they are always adding new travel affiliates, and most importantly, payments are on time.

They are just super awesome and supportive.
Fast
Precise & To the point.

Unfortunately I have experienced not being paid by Travelpayouts.com I have been an affiliate for more than 10 years and a travel affiliate for at least 7 years. This is the first time I have had an experience of a network just straight not pay. Fortunately the amount is less than $1500 but it is still very frustrating. If I can make a recommendation to other affiliates it would be to go direct with travel brands (such as agoda, or booking) or use a more seasoned network based in the USA or EU. I have been a long time affiliate with both agoda and booking and never had an issue with payment. I have also worked with CJ, and numerous other CPA/Affiliate networks without payment issues. There are definitely better choices for travel affiliates than Travelpayouts.

I hope my review saves you from the same experience I have had.

I see that TP replies to most reviews and I am happy to follow up if or when they do.

This is my follow up reply to TravelPayouts.com ____

I did provide link and blog post placements for all links when requested. All were approved. (I am happy to provide those email transcripts)

Never once did TP explain why my sales would be considered "suspicious". Again I have been an affiliate site owner for years and never had any issues. How can sales be suspicious when someone literally has to say at a hotel to get paid?

The real kicker is, even after the majority for my sales completed and were marked as "paid" in their system I sent an email to request payment. Multiple people replied to my emails, each with different vague explanations of why they weren't going to pay me. When I pointed out multiple times, "Hey you have already been paid for my sales and you're just going to steal my commissions?" someone at TP went in to my account and manually deleted all my sales and just wrote back that none of the companies paid them! Come on?? This is obviously a lie. One person that replied to my email inquiry even acknowledge they were paid from companies I inquired about. Another person replied (not in exact words) that "if I were to receive payment can I restart promoting and which brands I could promote"!

Listen, if other affiliates are reading this it is really your choice which networks or companies you want to work with and the risks associated with that. In the travel affiliate market there is a long delay in the time you make the sale to the time the customer completes the booking and the 30-60 days to then get paid. It could be 6 months or more that earnings could be accumulating. The risks of then not being paid in this situation are worrisome.

1 Year Update ...... Sept 2024

I still have not been paid. All bookings have completed and earnings are just sitting in my account. Nothing from TP.

I believe TP is lying in their update they posted here.

1. "We had to cancel your bookings made through unverified traffic sources upon the travel brands’ decision:" I am nearly 100% certain this is not true. I am quite certain TP only cancelled my bookings after I repeatedly asked for payment. When I asked TP about proof the brands requested a refund or they were not paid they refused any evidence. Now that 1 year has past, magically all the other bookings that have complete after our initial exchanges haven't been cancelled. The truth seems to be that TP just straight up took the earnings after I repeated requested a payout.

2. "we’re sorry to inform you that partnering with particular brands, including Booking.com, CheapOair, GetYourGuide and Rentalcars won’t be possible for you." I am not sure why they would post this here?? I am currently a partner of most of these these brands on other networks or direct. My only negative experience has been with TP.

Only after i gave them bad review they have sent me a detailed answers that satisfy me so I'll give it a chance

I have using this site for more than 4 months but on my dashboard the number of clicks is showing and the other options like impressions, etc are not calculated well and not showing in my dashboard I don't know why this happening

Can I I add my touch in the white label affiliate hotellook

For example, when someone searches for a hotel, can I modify how the hotels appear on the page?

My experience on Travelpayouts have been great, I just signed up and everything's going smooth. All information related to the affiliate maoney making and anything else needed are all in one place easy to find what you need. Directions are everywhere, and when you need assistance it's on the same page as well.

I have been working with Travelpayouts for almost a year now and have been really happy to work with them. Their customer support is available at any time and is very responsive. Moreover, I have never faced any issues regarding payments. Their dashboard is quite user-friendly too but a bit of amendment like graphs on the dashboard for reporting can be helpful. I would recommend all travel influencers to work with Travelpayouts.

I had to contactTravelpayouts over two different payout issues. The first one was me thinking I'd reached the payout threshold. I didn't. But they told me if I needed the money, they'd dispense the funds. I said yes. They got me my money. The other time I did reach the threshold but I didn't get paid. I told them. They realized the mistake and got me my money. No hassle at all in either case. And they responded in less than 24 hours despite communicating via email.

The other good thing about Travelpayouts is the rate is higher for the same program than competing networks. I used Tripadvisor on CJ Associates. Travelpayouts is 5% more per transaction than CJ. I changed all my links to point to Travelpayouts.

Also, creating links is much more polished than CJ or Flexoffers.

Great site for monetizing my blogs when I couldn’t get accepted to booking.com because I didn’t have enough traffic. Travel payouts accepted me and i started earning commissions right away!

I really love using Travel payouts. They work with so many travel brands making it so easy to input links and I love that all the commission gets axes together and paid out always on time.
The team are great too and anyways working on how they can support bloggers more.

L'entreprise est très bien mais il faut qu'on a pas que vous savez

We have been using Travelpayouts since last 7 years. We have no complaints regarding their interaction and platform. The platform provides every single statistics and integration tools possible.

Recently I interacted with an issue with respect to one of the OTAs we had, and it was resolved in a day. Very happy.

Easy to integrate, rich inventory and fair commissions. We have been using them for 3 years as a flights affiliate partner.

I've been a member of Travelpayouts for almost two years and I've been hugely impressed with how efficient their system is, as well as their portfolio of travel affiliates. I can easily embed links and widgets on my site without any trouble. If I have ever had any trouble, they are quick to respond to any issues. Payments are timely and the dashboard makes it easy to navigate where exactly each payment is coming from. Compared to other affiliate programmes out there, this is the creme de la creme. If you are a travel blogger (starting out or experienced), you won't be disappointed with the high levels Travel Payouts offers its customers.

I recommend Travelpayouts to anyone looking to add passive income generation to their travel content including amazing banners and deep links.
