Scam !! Scam!! Scam!!
I posted a review about 2-3 months ago explaining how Adam a representative for Travelopick finally resolved my issue and I was thankful. WOW WAS I WRONG! Teavelopick, is a scam company and they are sneaky about their fees, and using vouchers. I originally booked last Oct and they charged me all these fees, I called and disputed the fees, they sent an email saying they would refund me $75 to my credit card, and give me $75 towards booking . I disputed the ticket fees and over charges then with my bank . Travelopick said if I stopped the dispute they would give me a voucher for my tickets . So, I cancelled dispute and received 2 vouchers. I called and booked a trip , gave both my voucher numbers . After booking I realized extra fees again. Booked another trip and questioned when using the voucher about the fees. Adam told me that the fees are added to use the whole voucher, if the voucher is $300, the ticket is $200, you don’t get $100, they use the whole voucher. WOW! So again overcharging to line their pockets.
So now I’ve paid 2x for a ticket. So I never received my new ticket. The next day I called and questioned why I haven’t received an email with my ticket information. The representative told me Adam was still working on it??? I called several times to see about this transaction every time I was told they couldn’t help me . I needed to speak with Adam. I asked for Adam to call me. Never a return call . After calling at least 10x Wednesday 5/7, I spoke with a representative and he informed me that a refund was issued, I have no ticket WHAT!!!! First when was this “refund” issued, second why wasn’t I notified so I could purchase another ticket obviously with a different travel agent. He has no answer, just said he would leave a message for Adam to call me. Friday 5/9, I called again because I haven’t heard from Adam. The representative had no answer. Just try back Sunday 10:30 ET. Why did he refund me now but they couldn’t refund me at the very beginning in Jan. Why tell me I had a ticket , hang up and not issue a ticket, or call to let me know? Why is Adam the only one that can tell me what is going on? Now I have to purchase a new round trip ticket, it’s 2 wks from the original trip. Tickets are outrageous now ! So my advice to you STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM CALLED TRAVELOPICK!!! Save yourself a headache

it seems to be a fake website, with showing something else on the website and actual price are different after booking, customer services is very rude and unprofessional stay away from them.

My mother booked a ticket with who she thought was American Airlines and it turned out to be this travelopick. Luckily, we were trying to add her ticket to her wallet and discovered it had been canceled. We called American Airlines and they said the first half of the trip had been canceled on the same day. The ticket was created. She then called her bank and disputed the charge. The next day, Travelopick Called her and said it’s not canceled. But guess what it is canceled and we have the proof from American Airlines. And they are disputing the charge back on the credit card. So my 85-year-old mother is trying to deal with this. Total scam. The email came from american.Airlines@…
But americanairlines@… is the true correct confirmation email you should be getting. Total scam.

I definitely recommend the Travelocity.i had some issues the agent name will young he helped me alot to solve my problem. I really appreciate to them.🙏

My plans were thoroughly discussed along with options. I had a hiccup with my card which was quickly resolved.

Your representative named Floyd has been a wonderful help for me. On my return trip from Dallas Fort Worth, the American Airline’s attendant insisted I was required to pay a baggage claim fee. I explained I had paid when I purchased my ticket originally. She said that wasn’t right and I had to pay the charge. I gave up and paid a check bag fee so I could fly home. I thought I would call when I got home to inquire about a refund. To my surprise, when I landed in Richmond, VA and turned my phone on, I had a voicemail from Floyd stating he had already arranged a refund request!!!
It was like magic! I expected having to make phone calls and go through that hassle. I returned Floyd’s call and he was very friendly and had taken care of the refund and explained details to me.
This company is on top of things for its customers!! The Travelopick website is very user friendly for the senior citizen that I am. Booking my flight, choosing seats and paying baggage fees were very streamlined steps. I will plan to use your services in future flight planning. Thank you!!

I liked that I was able to talk to customer service to walk me through the process of booking and checking in. I did not like being surprised by not having my flight book confirmation right after I submitted payment since my flight is short notice. I called three times, once to ask for help with selecting a flight, once asking how quickly it will be booked and checked in since I did not realize there was a delay, and once to ask how to obtain my check-in as well as obtain my pass for flight.
In all I think the site can do better with a more transparent direction on how we can check in.
However, I do appreciate being able to have someone ready to assist

The customer support agent, Zayn (x101) is FANTASTIC! He's extremely helpful, attentive and patient. In addition, he's very thorough with making sure he understands your travel requirements. This is the second time that I've had the pleasure of having him assist me. Zayn is Top Notch!

My representative was Isaias, and he was very helpful in getting my flight process completed. He was respectful and professional.

Ruskin Walker was very helpful and professional in obtaining airline tickets for me. I was a little frustrated that my original reservation did not go through but Mr. Walker was very patient with me and as I said, he found me similar flight plans to the original and I am a satisfied customer.

Mr Leo Martin was very helpful and very patient as I was trying to get the boarding passes.

I spoke with MIA on the phone to help me with my reservation. I am so grateful she took the time to listen to my concerns and help me. She was able to get the exact flight I needed at a great price. Without her help, I would not be able to make this business trip. I also appreciated her patience and politeness in what must be a stressful job but she took the time to get it to work for me. I will continue to use this company in the future because of their great customer service.

After questionable customer service a month later they canceled my flight, saying "airline over booked". I promptly went on airlines website and booked same flight. At least they refunded me.
