Never heard of Travel Gardens Travel…
Never heard of Travel Gardens Travel company before, booked a trip to New York for 5 days as a surprise for our daughters 18th & 21st birthdays, couldn’t fault the company, hotel was superb, any small problems we had travel gardens dealt with it quickly and efficiently, even went the extra mile to make sure we were sorted and happy with the outcome,
Also messaged to make sure we had checked in on departing and had boarded our plane.
We would definitely use the company again and recommend to others.
Went above and beyond for us.

Star Team with Kindness, Professionalism & Proactivenesss
Having previously experienced an exceptional service planning our original personalised itinerary to Bali for a special joint honeymoon & 40th wedding anniversary with my husband and parents, Ryan & Lucus again went beyond to reschedule our holiday only 3 weeks before departure due to sudden illness in our party.
Their kindness and proactiveness to get the facts and present alternatives during such a difficult and unsure time left us feeling confident that our booking would not be lost and the team were able to secure us a change of dates retaining the special parts of our itinerary whilst recommending adaptation (including a Dubai stop there and back to break up the flight time given our party member would likely experience difficultly flying long periods for the foreseeable)
The team have showed genuine compassionate, care and have gone above and beyond to take a huge stress of our plate while we continue to focus on our family’s health. I look forward to our rescheduled trip and will definitely be looking to book our future holidays with the team going forward as well recommending them to friends.

Travel Garden Made My Trip Unforgettable!
I’m usually not a review writer, but I have to say a massive thank you to both Nancy and Ryan!
I recently went on a solo trip to Vietnam and Thailand for some island hopping, and it was genuinely one of the best experiences of my life — I didn’t want to come home!
I had a few last-minute changes, as well as some bigger adjustments in the lead-up to my holiday, and both Nancy and Ryan were absolutely phenomenal throughout. They handled everything with such professionalism, patience, and kindness, and they made the entire trip ten times easier for me.
Travel Garden were incredibly easy and flexible to work with. They even checked in on me while I was away, which gave me so much peace of mind. Every transfer, booking, and detail was seamless — I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything was catered to my needs and my budget.
I honestly cannot recommend Travel Garden enough. They made my first solo adventure unforgettable, and I will definitely be booking with them again. I’m already thinking and planning my next trip for much longer! I couldn’t have done this without them
