Absolutely amazing service from Nancy…
Absolutely amazing service from Nancy at Travel Garden! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I honestly cannot recommend Nancy highly enough. From the very beginning, she has been absolutely amazing — so helpful, informative, patient and genuinely interested in making sure we got exactly what we wanted.
I have gone back and forth with Nancy with so many questions and queries, changing things and looking at different options, and nothing has ever been too much trouble. She has always taken the time to look into everything for me and has gone above and beyond to find the right holiday.
What has really stood out to me is how dedicated she is. She has even replied to me at some absolutely ridiculous times, just to make sure everything was sorted and I had the information I needed!
You can tell that Nancy genuinely cares about her customers and wants them to have the best possible experience. Her knowledge, patience and attention to detail have been fantastic, and I have felt completely looked after throughout the whole process.
Thank you so much, Nancy, for all your hard work and for putting up with all my questions! 😂 You really have been amazing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to book their next holiday.

We booked with travel garden for a safari and Mauritius holiday 2 years ago we got all inclusive for a week in Mauritius and a week safari omg the dream holiday. The only thing was all the airports from London so we had to get them to get us from Glasgow to London and because it wasnt a connecting flight we cut it a bit fine. But apart from that safari was great they booked us into the nicest hotels but 1 time they took us to wrong hotel which was still lovely and we decided to stay there loved it then onto Mauritius all inclusive all this for 1300 each so I’m gony see if they can get me my nxt dream holiday these ppl are there for you from start to finish every question answered and they even phones us at Gatwick to see if we arrived soo considering at first when they called from Africa to confirm booking I had paid nearly in full I thought I was being scammed sorry travel garden best most accommodating travel agents you will get so here goes let’s see how we get on nxt dream holiday hope they still have cheap prices

We came across Travel Garden on our Facebook feed after showing an interest in travelling to Thailand, and we’re so glad we did!
After speaking with several other tour operators, we found that responses were often slow and options were limited. In contrast, Aslan from Travel Garden responded straight away and was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted from our holiday and tailored the itinerary around our needs and preferences. He even managed to arrange direct flights for us, something other tour operators had been unable to offer.
As an extra special touch, Travel Garden also arranged a complimentary tour for us to celebrate our anniversary and birthday, which made the trip even more memorable.
We made a few changes to our itinerary along the way, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Aslan was always friendly, supportive, responsive and incredibly accommodating, making the whole planning process feel effortless.
We would absolutely recommend Travel Garden to anyone looking for a personalised, tailor-made holiday. The level of service and attention to detail was fantastic, and we felt genuinely looked after throughout. Thank you, Aslan and Travel Garden, for helping us plan our Thailand holiday. Will be so excited to go now .

Isabella Feo has been BRILLIANT
Isabella Feo has dealt with our booking so far and has made it a very easy experience. After the backwards and forwards I was doing in deciding where and which hotel to go with we sorted our final details. Me being me, I then needed to change the dates and Isabella was very accommodating, sorting exactly what I needed once again. Isabella arranged the hotels I requested, the dates I preferred & everything in between, even including a complimentary elephant experience which I just know my boys will love.
I am yet to travel but I hope everything else runs as smoothly as the booking process has been. Thank you

Amazing Efficient Helpful Service
I found Travel Garden through a Facebook advertisement for a 3 centre trip to Thailand. I searched to make sure this was a legit company and was pleasantly surprised by their website etc. I contacted them and initially communicated with Isaac Williams on a WhatsApp messaging service. Isaac was very prompt in replying, he gave me lots of information and a Quote which was very favourable compared to other companies I had enquired with. Finally we spoke several times on the telephone, Isaac was extremely pleasant, helpful, informative, answered all my questions and eventually I booked the holiday. We travel in February 2027 to celebrate my partners Birthday. Isaac even gave us a complimentary excursion as a Birthday Gift which was really nice. The Holiday Confirmation was sent via email the same day and Isaac has offered assistance going forward. Very good service so far and we are very much looking forward to our holiday. I have every confidence the Holiday will be successful and if so I would not hesitate to use this company again for future Holidays. Thank you Isaac, you have been amazing.
