We booked our family holiday to the Maldives through Vipa (2nd holiday we've booked with her), and the service she provided was fantastic, from helping us choose the right resort to checking we’d arrived home safely.

Travelling as a family of five, we had quite a specific wish list. Vipa took the time to understand what mattered to us, researched different options and helped us settle on SAii Lagoon. She thought about the practical details too, including the room setup, restaurant choices, things for the children to do and the short speedboat transfer.

What really stood out was the care after we’d booked. There were helpful emails, reminders about travel documents, check-in and entry forms, and she was on hand to answer questions throughout.

That continued while we were away. Vipa checked we’d arrived safely, kept in touch on WhatsApp, reminded us about experiences included in our stay and contacted the hotel to chase our return transfer arrangements. It was reassuring knowing we had someone we could contact who was already familiar with our booking.

She also arranged for the hotel to decorate our bed and leave champagne in our room to mark our 10th wedding anniversary. Such a thoughtful touch and something that made the holiday feel even more special.

Vipa took all the stress out of creating my last minute trip. I may have been able to cobble together unsatisfactory or overly expensive flights and accommodation at the last minute. Vipa insured every step of the way that my wife and I were covered with regards to our holiday. At every step of the way we were well informed and kept up today with the day or the weeks activities through a very helpful itinerary that came to us prior to arriving. Both hotels were amazing and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. We really enjoyed the floating breakfast and the cakes provided to us on our arrival which had Happy Honeymoon and Happy birthday on there. The loveliest surprise!

Honestly, Vipa is the sweetest and most kindest person. She is a very dedicated and motivated person who pays attention to every detail and books you the holiday of a lifetime. Vipa really knew what we wanted out of our honeymoon. The organisation with the hotel and transfers was on point especially as we were travelling to Bora Bora.
