Feedback for Urwa – Exceptional Service

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Urwa, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire journey of booking my flight to Mauritius. Due to unforeseen family circumstances, I sadly had to cancel my flight. However, thanks to Urwa’s support, I was able to receive a refund smoothly.

Urwa handled everything with the utmost professionalism and showed remarkable empathy during a very difficult time for me. She took time out regularly to communicate updates, reassure me, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Her kindness and patience truly stood out, and I will never forget how she made a stressful situation so much easier to manage.

Thank you, Urwa. I will definitely be booking again with you in the near future. Highly, highly recommended.

Urwa Hafeez was very helpful and patient agent! Even though the process isn't straight forward but at the end I got what I wanted.

They are scammers. They made me deposit £80 for a booking that they won't end up confirming, only to come up with an extremely high price the next day with a change of travel plans, meanwhile, the same alternative later presented was found way cheaper from another company.
Avoid them by all means, please. They can so put one under duress to pay ASAP.

Following several emails and phone calls from them, I put down this post earlier because they promised to refund my money. It's a month already and they still haven't gotten to their 10 working days, I've raised a dispute with my bank.

Please avoid this company by all means.

All their positive reviews are not genuine!!

Abraham was really calm and honest with me ,he explained me everything in a detail and cleared all my doubts . Thanks to him that I was able to find a cheap and great offer .

I was assisted by Abraham he was really patient and helpful .I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

We paid a deposit for two tickets to Mauritius. We were given a price and was asked to pay a deposit of £120.00 and if we cancel the deposit will be refunded full. The next day when we call to make the full payment, we were informed that the tickets has gone up by £400.00. They said that we can pay the asking price and that they will give us travel voucher for the value of £400. which we can use on any airline for up to one year. After a long argument, we were informed that if we cancelled the deposit will not be refunded. I have contacted the Credit card company to raise a dispute. watch this space They also use fake names
Be aware- other online company are doing the same scam - DO NOT GET FOOL BY GOOD REVIEWS.
Episode 2. 21/6/25
I received a call from the account department yesterday to informed me that they will refund my deposit on the condition that I take "down the review" I said that I will do that after I received the refund. She said, "I AM DAMAGING THE REPUTATION OF HER COMPANY" After a heated argument she said that if I do not take down the review, she will not refund me the deposit and hung up. I have raised a despite with the Credit Card Company and prepare to take this to the Online small claim court.

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS
SAME STORY THEY ASK YOU TO PAY £100 AMD BLOCK YOUR NUMBER IF YOU KEEP CALLING THEM.
MAZZ IS ONE OF THEM.

Mr. Musa dealt with me throughout he's been very patient and kind to me
Gave the e tickets within 20 mins very supportive staff loved itt!!!
Great service.

Fraud agency. They will confirm a price ticket to you and ask you to pay a deposit of £100. They will not let you pay for the ticket immediately. When you want to pay or the ticket, they will put you on “qeue” of hours and tell you the ticket price has gone up and try to force you to pay more. I will report the scam to the flight companies.

I would normally read reviews about online companies like this but because I had used a sister company of travel and tickets before I did not read reviews in advance. Nigerians wishing to travel to Lagos or Abuja should avoid this travel agent because they a dubious and fraudulent. They will confirm a price ticket to you and ask you to pay a deposit. Note, they will not let you pay for the ticket immediately. When you then want to pay or the ticket, they will tell you the ticket price has gone up and try to force you to pay more or loose your deposit. Note, always insist on paying for the ticket immediately and not pay a deposit. If your ticket is not issued within a couple of hours, ask for you money back.
Secondly, always pay with your credit card so you have the recall of the credit card funds if they refuse to give you back you money.
They are not trust worthy.

Sarah, the lady I dealt with was very good and professional in all of her approach. Very calm and understanding.
