Travelandtickets Arvostelua

This is my second time of using this agency to plan my trip and it has always been a wow experience especially from Abraham who was always there with solutions to all bottlenecks encountered during the process.Abraham is always patient with his customers and pays detailed attention to every instruction and always gets it right the first time. I strongly recommend this company for all your travelling plans.

Absolutely a disaster !
They provided me with a price at first then it changed , plus they could offer only a stop over flight instead of a direct , telling it was only a stop over of 5 hours instead of 8h.
They only gave us a voucher of £150 back to each of us for the discomfort caused .
Then on my way back from my holiday I found out they never included a 23 kg suitcase for the 3 of us and ended up paying £300 on top on my way back .
Terrible service they don’t follow the procedures and they are trying to blame on you

Abraham getting good prices for our flights Shanghai also what was amazing getting flights non-stop going and all so flights back with one stop, which is no biggie so get back in the same day .

Urwa was very helpful.i geve a 4 because the original price was changed next time I go to BA to buy my ticket it's the same price there are cheaper

This is my second booking handled by Abraham. Hes very polite and helpful.
Will book again with him again.
Very satisfied

Sarah Wills was a very excellent customer service representative. She help me so much different option for holiday travel tickets . She went the extra mile to suit my need and payment plan and she also understands people's suitations and circumstances. I would recommend her in assisting you in your travel arrangements.

Urwa was very helpful and informed me of any steps and what was happening.
Very grateful with her services.
Thanks

Abraham, thank you so much for your assistance during my ticket really appreciated, once again thank you for your hospitality you’re the best, you deserve this five stars 🤩 I’m recommend whoever wants to travel on this airline Mr Abraham he is the best assistance man, you will not going to regret it trust me………

I knew what I wanted, my travel dates, airline and flight details, allI needed was for someone to make it happen.

I had not used this company before, but it was mentioned to me by a friend.
.Abraham, listened carefully to my request and then politely and respectfully offered me alternative and sometimes cheaper options to consider. He wasn't pushy, rude or forceful, but clearly knew his job and wanted me to get the best, most cost effective deal possible.

Once, he understood that I was very specific regarding my travel arrangements, he did everything possible to make them happen in a most emphatic and respectful manner.
Abraham made sure that I was fully aware and involved during the whole process and always returned my attenpted contacts, when he was otherwise engaged.

Overall I was very satisfided with the efficient and appropriate service from this company.

My experience was really good. Urwa the travel agent worked really hard to make sure I got the right tickets to suit my needs. She went above and beyond to also get compensation from a different airline as well ☺️. I would highly recommend her service as she truly does a really good job catering for the needs of her clients. Thank you so much Urwa. I will definitely be using your service next time I plan to travel☺️☺️

Abraham was very helpful and patient very polite and dealt with our request with ease

Travelandtickets is a scam! I paid a £100 deposit for a direct flight, clearly agreed at the time of booking. Without my knowledge or consent, they changed the booking to a layover flight with a different airline and amount. I only discovered this when I attempted to complete payment.

I did not cancel the booking, yet they are now refusing to promptly refund my money and attempting to deflect responsibility. This is a clear case of fraud and breach of agreement.

To make matters worse, this company operates under multiple business names, which should immediately raise red flags for anyone considering using them.

I am currently pursuing this matter formally with my solicitor. I am posting this review to warn others not to fall victim to the same deceptive practices. Avoid at all costs. If zero stars were an option, I would give it without hesitation, as this company does not deserve even one star.
