Predatory, soulless corporation destroying my property and my health

Several months ago, the 315 bus decided to start using my driveway access as a bus stop. Within weeks, the vibrations of the idling vehicle started causing damage to my home in the form of large cracks across my bathroom wall. These are rapidly worsening. The vibrations also cause my radiators to rattle, which is torture, because it’s twice an hour from around 6 am until the evening.

In addition, people now use my private property as a bus stop. I bear the brunt of their antisocial behaviour such as littering and interfering with my private property.

I have a life-threatening illness, so have low resilience to the problems being caused by Transport UK and their Arriva bus. I raised a complaint months ago and all they did was bat my complaint to their claims handler, who batted the issue back to Transport UK, whose final response was that their buses can stop anywhere they like because despite my home being private property, the driveway access is owned by council and to take it up with Council! As if the council can control where the buses decide to stop.

Transport UK could easily have resolved this matter by making a goodwill payment to enable me to repair the damage before it gets worse, and getting their Arriva bus to revert to stopping where it previously stopped.
Instead, they have proven to be just another soulless and predatory demoncorp that derives pleasure from inflicting harm.

Recently the 315 broke down, blocking access to my driveway for over an hour. An employee grunted at me when I informed him my driveway was not a bus stop. I filmed the interaction which I will post online, along with pictures of damage, etc.

Transport deserves the publicity. I also intend raising the matter with my MP.

Edit: the company is definitely Transport Uk, as per the company name on all their gaslighting letters.

with a response to the disagreement: I understand your surprise, but from my point of view, everyone under the name Transport UK is responsible for what is inside the system: from the boss of the whole system to the driver. Because if a company with this name accepts individuals who work for it and make mistakes, then it is a matter of honor for the company to take responsibility, without dividing.

The admin people who manage and administer this organisation (which I believe used to be Arbelio - changed with a management buyout?) are exceptional - and go beyond the call of duty to go the extra mile (what a metaphorical jungle!) But they do!

Jackie is one such professional who is amazingly efficient and helpful.

Truly exceptional.

As a Londoner born and bred some of us recognise how lucky we are to have a world class bus network - visitor friends are amazed how efficient and easy it is to get around. And it's down to 'company ambassadors' like Jackie.

But we must not take them for granted. The efficiency and professionalism I experienced is down to hard work and dedication. And Jackie went the extra mile - with a lightning response. Thank you Jackie, and good luck with the new young organisation.
