Last week I completed the 2-day online…
Last week I completed the 2-day online Mental Health First Aider training, and it was a truly valuable experience. The sessions were rich with information, thoughtfully structured, and delivered with care and clarity. We also had the chance to practice what we learned, which really helped build confidence. A big thank you to Jenni for her engaging and supportive facilitation—her passion and knowledge really stood out. I’m grateful for the opportunity to take part in this important training.

I attended a 2 day Youth mental health…
I attended a 2 day Youth mental health course lead by Ali in Reading and it was brilliantly put together. Ali was an amazing teacher who made everything easy to understand and always checked in on the group on our own wellbeing throughout the two days.
The course has given me a better understanding on mental health as a whole and how I can implement it in the workplace.
Worth doing and would definitely recommend it.

My recent MHFAider training
My recent MHFAider training was really good with interesting discussions. I first did this training some while ago of which it has changed however for the better. It was really engaging! My tutor was very experienced and knew the topic inside and out.

The Mental Health First Aider 2 day online training with Marie was fantastic but tiring. There is a lot of information to take in over the 2 days and it is packed in. So, make sure you have a ready supply of coffee, tea or your prefered drink and buckle down to a 2 day whirlwind of information. Very well presented by Marie.

The MHFA course was very informative
The MHFA course was very informative. Covered a good amount of content. Its hard to get all interaction through on zoom, but it was the best as it could be. Marie's delivery was very good, clear to understand and easy to follow. Comfortable and ensured everyone was alright regularly.

MHFA
I attended the MHFAider course in Chelmsford on the 14th & 15th May. The course was led by Ben, who was extremely knowledgeable, sympathetic and approachable. Some of the course content is very sensitive, however Ben managed to help everyone to feel at ease ensuring we were all well supported.
I cannot recommend this course enough if you are looking to become a MHFAider.

I completed the MHFAider course led by Ben Camburn. The course is very interesting and I was surprised by some things I didn't know! The sensitive content was handled very well and it felt like a safe space. I feel much more confident going forward in an MHFA role.

I have just completed a 2-day course, taken by Ben Camburn. I found it very helpful and informative, and certainly enlightening! I definitely feel like I now have a much better understanding in relation to mental health first aid.

I attended a Youth MHFA online course with Alison on 12th and 14th May 2025. It was very thorough and the trainer was very engaging. Overall a good experience and would recommend anyone thinking about it to give it a go.

I attended the 2 day MHFA course with Ben Camburn in Maidstone and he was great. Really engaging, new his stuff and even introduced things that weren't included on the course but proved extremely beneficial and worthwhile. The course was great and I really learnt alot, would highly recommend.

Great refresher MHFA course
Great refresher MHFA course. The stats needed to be more up to date, a lot of the figures came from 2019 to 2022, but overall a good course with case studies etc.
