They came out really quickly to quote the job and made appointment for the work. The loft hatch was fitted really quickly (just over an hour). Everyone was polite and friendly. Great job!! Will be getting new insulation and boarding next!!

There was a slight delay on arrival due to previous job and traffic. The job was to install a loft hatch.They were apologetic but got the job done very efficiently and left no mess overall an excellent job completed Well pleased!!

Amazing what can I say was quoted Monday and put myself down on cancellation list with hubby working at home by Friday I was called at 10ish they arrived a hour later, took everything out my loft as I hadn’t had notice to do it. The lads were lovely and friendly nothing was a problem and they boarded out my full attack with new large hatch and ladders and light. Over the moon with the service and quality of the job. Thank you Callum and Steven for a excellent job.

I have recently moved into my house and required more storage in my loft. I contacted this company as my daughter and son in law had used them.

Jake and Ryan arrived this morning and within a few hours had floored 27' and the same in shelving. Added 2 x lights, opened up the hatch space and installed a new ladder.

Both guys were very polite and explained everything to me. After the work was done Jake talked me through how the hatch worked.

The hallway was cleaned and hoovered.... thanks for a great job guys.

Contacted them after seeing there 200 square feet deal. arranged a date for a quote, the person who came out was very personable and professional, and talked me through everything and answered my questions. Booked in quickly as well, the lads came out, again very friendly and cracked on, inspected once finished and did a great job, so overall very impressed and happy, would definitely use them again for any other loft work I get in the future.

I definitely recommend them. They did a good work on my loft.

This was close to being 1 or 2 stars but they deserve a 5 star review now!
A guy came out, had a look and quoted. We were happy with the quote (The quote was not explained properly so we had a different idea to what the fitters did) so booked in to get the work done. The guys were polite, put down carpet protectors and had the work done very quickly.
After they left, I had a look at their work, it was fitted nicely and they had done a good job but it was not worth what we had been quoted!
I called a number on the quote but it went to voicemail so I called the second number on there and I got through to the rudest guy ever! He was not helpful at all.
The lady I originally called, rang me back and I explained that I was not happy with the amount of shelf space we were given for the price, also the guys had dropped something out of the loft, dinting the ladders.
Toni, the lady I spoke to was so so kind and very apologetic and sent new guys out to put more boards in, replace the ladders and reduced the price for the inconvenience.
The lads who came the second time were really friendly, chatty, did a great job, checked I was happy with the shelf and even showed me how to use the new ladders. I am very impressed with Toni and the guys who fitted the new shelves.
I would recommend them, I am very impressed with how they handled the situation and they have made a very disappointed customer a happy one!
They also explained that the guy who quoted us is having some more training so it doesn't happen to anyone else!

Could not fault this company from start to finish. Delighted with the craftsmanship and conduct of those who have indeed transformed our space.

I booked this company after seeing a promotion on FB. The quote and survey was efficient and exactly what I needed and i then booked them in to complete the work. The guys turned up on time, very polite and super efficient. The work was then completed with a demonstration of the ladders, loft space and lights which were fantastic. Can't recommend these guys enough and feel free to contact me if you want any questions answered as the work is faultless...and i can now get my garage space back! I will be back in touch to get shelving fitted in the loft in the not too distant future

We recently had our loft boarded out and loft hatch re located the lads were on time, they completed the work in a couple of hours and left our house clean and tidy. They did a brilliant job couldn't be happier.
