Solid option if you’re opening a business account
I originally came here to open a personal account, but realised pretty quickly they mostly work with business accounts. Ended up opening a business IBAN instead.
To be honest I was impressed with the variety of currencies and payment methods. You can tell it’s built for companies that actually operate internationally.
I wouldn’t recommend it for private use as it’s very business focused, but for business accounts it’s a great service overall.

Misrepresented and Deceptive Pricing
Good looking interface and friendly staff, but absurdly high fees (2%+) for incoming/outgoing transfers... even when completed within the same group or company.
Also, contrary to what is announced, they do not offer personalized IBANs, but rather ask funds to be sent to their own account.
Finally, be aware that their FX rates are much higher than advertised. While they are promoting 0.5 or 1% FX Exchange Fees, their spreads are so large that the total FX fees amount to 2%, on top of their already-high incoming & outgoing transfer fees.

All fees, including those for incoming and outgoing transfers, are clearly outlined on our website and visible within your online cabinet. During the onboarding process, you were informed of our tariff rates and confirmed your acknowledgement when completing the online questionnaire. Our pricing structure is transparent and tailored to different business profiles, which may result in varying rates depending on individual risk and compliance factors.
Regarding the IBAN setup, as explained by your onboarding specialist, your account was initially set up to receive funds through a centralised account, which is part of our standard procedure. You were also informed that a dedicated personalised IBAN could be issued after your first incoming payment, typically intended to cover the account opening fee. This process was discussed with your personal manager, and you confirmed your agreement to proceed under these terms.
We value your input and remain committed to improving our services. If you’d like to continue the conversation or have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team directly. We’ll do our best to address the issue.

Great for international business payments - Opened an account with Transferra for my business, and so far, it’s been a great experience. My account manager was helpful throughout the process. I use it mostly for SWIFT and SEPA payments, and everything goes through smoothly. The currency exchange rates are also much better than what I was getting with my previous bank. Definitely recommend. No hidden fees!!!

Happy user for 4 months
I started using Transferra in early November 2024, and it’s been a huge help for my business. Having an individual IBAN makes receiving and sending payments is easier, and the currency exchange rates are great compared to my local, traditional banks.
The signup process was fast and smooth, and I love how quickly international transfers go through. My only small wish is for 24/7 customer support, but overall, this service has made managing my finances much simpler. Definitely recommend it!

After wasting two full days filling out their application form and answering endless questions, they had the audacity to decline my request without any explanation. It's clear that Transferra has no respect for their customers, no professionalism, and no idea what they’re doing in this industry.
I've dealt with many banks before, and none of them make the process as unnecessarily exhausting and ridiculous as Transferra does. This company is a joke. Don’t waste your time with their surveys or forms—they’ll just reject you for no clear reason. Avoid them at all costs.
