I have been part of a group of 11 people and have experienced that the price of a transport service is changed and raised at a time when we were met at the airport, putting us in an awkward position. The vehicle was not prepared for the safe transport of 11 people. The agreement on transportation back to the airport was also not provided. The transport simply did not arrive, which raised some concerns and additional expenses of renting another vehicle (taxi) to get to the airport on time. Fraudulent driver (Ilya), I do not recommend!

I would not recommend this company if you don't want to spoil your business trip or holidays.
Transfer price to Milan somehow was changed and previous agreement was not anymore valid, as a argument was used that address he drives was missunderstood and price rises by 50 Euros then agreed before in email conversation.
We also booked transfer back to Airport, unfortunately driver did not arrived and did not pick up the phone, finally we were forced to use taxi services which cost us extra.

We ordered transfer for 11 people. Driver Ilja came for pickup and we had only 10 places in the minivan. + he asked additional 50 euros for the transfer to city center. He also tried to show fake delivery address as a reason to charge extra.
We also had booked transfer back to the airport - the driver didn't even show up and didn't call so we had to order 4 separate Taxis just to get to the airport (additional 300+EUR).
Never use this service!

We drove from Milan to Portofino on Viano. The car arrived on time, they helped us load the luggage. During the trip, at our request, we stopped for a bite to eat (no extra charge). The car has water and WiFi. The driver, though in broken, spoke English. We got a 5% discount on the return transfer. So everything is great .. recommend!

We were satisfied with the services of this company. Their prices for services are reasonable, the transport arrived on time, the car is clean, there is free wi-fi, a highchair and water. The plane was delayed a little, but the driver waited for us near the airport without any problems and helped with the luggage. They did not take money for waiting. We arrived in comfort. Very useful service. A few days ago i travelled from Milan Malpensa to Zurich.
It was weekend when o wrote to managers. I didn’t expect to be answered immediately. But I was pleasantly surprised to receive an order confirmation within 5 minutes.
The driver was waiting at the airport upon arrival, helped with bags. I ordered an economy class, but since all the cars were booked, I was provided with a business class car at no extra charge.
Only positive feedback. I recommend to everyone.

I twice used the services of TransferMilan, and everything suits me, the first time was on a business trip, the second time I came on vacation with a girl. I ordered a car in advance, when we left the airport, the car was waiting for us. The quality of the company's services is good, the car is in excellent condition, they help with the luggage, the price is normal.

Отличное качество сервиса. Пунктуальный и вежливый водитель (русскоговорящий). Машина была Mercedes E для 3 человек было очень комфортно.
