I paid my tution fees by this method. I dont know how it works . My first transaction was canceled and a second payment was made.After the first transaction failed I had to constantly email the team regarding the refund.The local team dealing the payment was very poor in terms of customer service.They responded to me after non stop calls and emails which really kept me worried.The experience with transfermate was not up to my expectations.

Additionally, I would like to request Transfermate to provide an official receipt for the transfer. Currently, they only send a simple payment notification email, which lacks the necessary details and unique transaction number that would provide a sense of reassurance. Given that we are transferring significant amounts, such as 10,250 Euro in my case, it is essential to have an official receipt with comprehensive transaction information for record-keeping and peace of mind. By incorporating this improvement, Transfermate would alleviate any concerns customers may have about the legitimacy of their transactions.

In conclusion, Transfermate has delivered an outstanding service for transferring my tuition fees, ensuring a seamless and secure experience overall. However, I would like to encourage them to work on reducing the processing time and provide customers with an official receipt that includes all pertinent transaction details.

Nevertheless, I was pleased with Transfermate's service overall, and I intend to use their services again for my next year's tuition fees. I really hope that Transfermate will take these suggestions into consideration and continue to improve their already excellent service.

I made a payment of 1,200 euros on June 1st.
I made a payment of 16,278 euros on June 12th.
Under my constant email urging, 'transfermate' official website showed that the remittance had been completed.
And he told me via email that the money had been sent to the school.
However, as of today's June 21st, the school still said that it had not received my tuition fee.
As a payer, can I question whether you lost my tuition?
