On the phone for an hour with a representative that struggled to do anything and constantly needed to "ask her team" I got a transfer from another customer, however this was my first order and I was charged a $20 color change. When I signed up, the site stated that I would get 50% off my first order, however I didn't get a code and the representative couldn't do anything to fix and had to "consult her team" once again to see what could be done. I had to pay full price, changes, and shipping. The experience was one of the worst customer service experiences that I have had and I will be doing business elsewhere.

Overall the experience was great. Very good quality and delivered quickly.
I ordered Goof Proof which was very easy to put on. And the DTF Ultra Color Max Transfer, which was a little more challenging to put on. When peeling, it did not separate from film as easily. It took more finessing.

Poor quality overall, doesn’t match expectations
There is visible white outlines on one of the transfers. Also not happy with the overall condition or handling of the gang sheet. Honestly disappointed in my first order. I have been using supacolor and ninja and was really hoping transfer express would be better. Not so impressed. Great samples. Poor qa and not impressed with shipping costs. I thought based on the price of shipping and handling that I would realize added quality. No to say the least.

I will not be using Transfer Express…
I will not be using Transfer Express moving forward. I have been ordering transfers for over five years and had never used Stahls before. I had heard great things about the company, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing.
My first issue was during signup. The website advertised “50% off your first order,” yet I never received this offer via email or any other method. I contacted customer service, and the assistance I received was unhelpful. The issue had to be escalated to the IT team just to confirm the email was sent. By that time, I had already placed my first order, and it clearly showed the discount was not applied.
I explained that I did not need a refund or credit and simply wanted to apply the promotion to my next order. I was told I would receive a follow-up later that day, but I never heard back. I called again the following day and was given no new information. I also found it concerning that customer service was unable to view or confirm the promotional emails sent to customers.
To add to this, my first order arrived with several transfers that had noticeable smudging on the print surface.
Overall, this has not been a positive first experience, and it did not meet the expectations set by the company’s reputation.

They put a lot of care in packaging the heat transfers and I like that they included a little sample on a fabric. Shipping was also fast and the quality of the transfers is great. It’s my first time buying for my business and I am very pleased. I can’t wait to upload more designs and purchase again.
