This is my first purchase using Transfers Express. I can’t say enough about positive experience. I had to call on numerous occasions because I was having trouble getting my images right. They were always willing to help me. After my order, the delivery was prompt, and I am so happy with the finished product. The quality is simply amazing!

Try any other company for transfers
I’ll give this place a 1 star because I have had a few issues with the products. Especially the goof proof. The heat transfers cracked within days and started peeling. They said the transfers could last up to 50 washes. The lie detector test determined that was a lie! I spoke to a representative on the phone about my concerns and every time they asked me a question they found some way to blame me for the product not working as it was advertised. From not storing it correctly, to not applying the right settings, to the type of garment, and even said because it was because the transfer was a year old. I expressed my frustration about the products, which lasted 45minutes on the phone, and they offered free shipping. I’m not too excited about my experience with the company. I recommend trying someone else.

Print showed up a day late when paying for overnight shipping. Not that big of a deal, but it’s a combination of all the issues I’ve had. You can look at my spending history from the first part of the year to the last few months and that will give you the true story I have since started using other vendors and only Transfer Express when I have to

I keep having issues with their…
I keep having issues with their screenprint transfers peeling after one wash on the brand I use. They aren't helpful at all in finding a resolution for why this is happening despite never having the issue before.

Needed to make a change the same day I placed the order and was told it was not possible but they have yet to ship almost a week later. Not impressed as I have had to make changes in the past several days later and there was no issue. I won’t be able to use the transfers as the customer changed their minds but I’ll be out $$$
