DO NOT BUY FROM TRAMORA. I placed an order for a cabin luggage on January 4th. It is now March 14th—over 10 weeks later—and I have absolutely nothing to show for it except a massive headache. They took my money immediately and practically vanished.

When you try to get an update on your missing items, they trap you in an endless, infuriating loop of broken automated bots. I emailed their support team demanding answers and received a canned response telling me to message them on WhatsApp for "quicker assistance."

So, I messaged their WhatsApp number with all my order details, only to instantly receive another automated message saying: "Sorry, I could not process your request at the moment. Please try again later or contact customer support." It is an absolute joke. They email you to go to WhatsApp, and WhatsApp tells you to contact support. There are clearly no actual human beings working in their customer service department—just broken bots designed to frustrate you into giving up.

I am now forced to waste even more of my time filing a chargeback with my bank for goods not received. Save your money, save your time, and avoid Tramora at all costs. They are perfectly happy to take your money, but refuse to actually ship your items or provide basic customer support.

This company is horrible. Purchased the bag in 2nd week of December. They said 3 weeks for delivery. It's been more than 6 weeks now. When followed up and asked for refund for delay/non delivery, they pointed me out to a webpage on their website and asked me to wait for the delivery and then send back the bag on my own expense, they will then check if I am worthy to getting any refund (obviously in better words). I am still waiting for the bag and now they are asking me to review the bag. This is so hilarious that they are asking me to review something they have not even delivered yet. I will never ever recommend them to anyone. They are bad in communicating the right information. You can easily buy the same features from other companies which can deliver quickly. Or go to a store and buy one. Also, they never mentioned before ordering that delivery will be done from China and not locally in USA. They hide every details and just lure customers to pay.

I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing as I wouldn’t have bought one! The case I purchased is listed as a “cabin case” and “carry on”! Unfortunately I found out the hard way that this is too big for most UK airlines as a carry on cabin including Jet 2, Ryan Air, Easy Jet and BA! I bought this for my husband for Christmas as he travels a lot and thought it’d be useful. I purchased well in advance of Christmas in Black Friday sale. It arrived about 3 weeks later. A few days after Christmas I contacted them to let them know after opening his gift on Christmas Day, my husband quickly realised it wasn’t fit for purpose! It’s too big to carry on! They would not allow me to return as their policy is two weeks from delivery! (Even though delivery time takes longer!) My fault for not checking but I think I must have mistakenly presumed that their returns policy would be decent, especially around Christmas! Anyway, they were good at responding when I was chasing the delivery as it takes a good few a weeks to come from overseas and I was worried about it arriving in time. And they were quick to respond when I requested to return and was told I couldn’t. I replied after this to explain that I feel mis-sold! I trusted their website when it said it was a “carry on” / “cabin” case because it’s not! And now I’ve been ghosted it seems! No reply! I requested a follow up on the no reply to give opportunity for them to catch up after a busy period, but 2 weeks later, still radio silence! So I’m stuck with an unusable case and out of pocket by £200! Decided to write a review so it doesn’t happen to you! Some people have left reviews saying this is a scam operation - unfortunately as far fetched as I thought that was, I think it could be true! Steer clear!

I so wish that I would have purchased from Samsonite instead of this horrible company! They take forever to fulfill and ship orders! You'll choke on all the "apologies for your inconvenience," excuses for their delays, and "appreciation for your patience!" Avoid any inconvenience, frustration and purchase your luggage elsewhere!

I ordered the t7 cabin with all accsessories back early december, the tracking is awful, its been saying its sitting in perth for over 3 weeks. this was ordered for a trip i am going on in mid jan, but it still has not been delevered. I have emailed tramora and they do not reply. i will going to my bank and getting them to chase up my money for a product that never arrives.

Ordered November and its already January no reply from email and number does not exist in whatsapp super delayed and no feed back worst customer service ever.

I ordered a suitcase in Mid-November and I have tried contacting the company many times and gotten no response. they are a scam.

Guys, this is a fraud company, anyone based in India, please lodge a cyber crime complaint on cybercrime gov in. I have done that. If many people raise a complaint, they will take it down. We need to make sure they don't deceive many other people. I lost my money. Tramora (registered as Anilakh Designs LLP) fraudulently collected INR 9899.10 for T6 trolley order TM.IN-4346 via Transaction ID 824922737. Payment made using Federal Scapia Credit Card to Merchant UPI anilakhdesignsl200845.rzpraxis. Product never delivered despite payment confirmation. All communication channels blocked WhatsApp 9326271378, Instagram gettramora, Email hellotramora.in, Website shows no order information. This is systematic fraud targeting innocent customers through Instagram and website with no actual deliveries. Multiple victims reported similar scams with thousands lost.

I don’t know how to give zero stars. I ordered in November as a gift for my wife for Christmas. It’s December 29th and the tracking information says that they have issues with address and back to shipper, etc. it’s a scam, very disappointing. I wish I looked on here before I ordered. It looked legit. Says the company is in Texas but the shipping comes from overseas (fake). The only good review is obviously someone from the scam company. If I get something I will update my review.

These guys have been giving me dates over dates for the delivery. It’s been a month and I have not got my bag yet, and there is no response on WhatsApp or email. It’s just a fraud company, my wife gifted for my birthday and I doubt, I will receive either the bag or my money back

Incredibly poor communication ordered on 21st November 25 still waiting.

Buyer beware - no phone number to call … liars!

I placed my order on 1st Dec 2025 and still not received my order placed for suitcases which include 2 cabin bags and 2 combo offer of medium and large suitcases . No tracking mails nor any communication from the Vendor . Tried messaging them on Instagram and Wapp but they just say due to rejected lot of package the delay in delivery . I think it’s some fraud or scam and lost my 30k money

I had my eye on this suitcase for a year. The laptop tray caught my attention. But shame on me for not searching out reviews other than the ones on their site

I purchased the T7, with the large wardrobe at the end of October because of a sale (that included a free backpack). Waited one month for it to arrive. I started packing it last night for a trip. The inside space is almost laughable. I didn’t pay $300 (list price is $600) for a suitcase that holds 2 days of clothes at a maximum. The plastic is very flimsy. Black masking tape is used for cable management. I opted to not even take it on this trip because I didn’t trust it. I also didn’t realize how wide the handle is, and it does not accommodate backpacks or other bags with a luggage strap.

I emailed the company to express my extreme dissatisfaction. They replied quickly(within about 3 hours) and said they were not processing returns because they were “too busy” processing other orders and they’d offer me a 20% refund as a gesture of “good will”, which amounts to about $60. I told them that was not acceptable. They replied quickly again(within a couple hours) and offered $250, which I accepted. I also got a bill from FedEx even though the website says “free shipping”. Tramora suggested I reach out to them because they have no control over FedEx policies.

I’m giving one star because of how quickly they replied to my complaint. Otherwise it would be zero stars.

Overall, I’m reasonably satisfied with the result. And they did reply quickly. We’ll see how long it takes them to process the refund. But to others looking into this product, what they ship to you is NOT what is represented on the website. I suggest you keep looking for other options. If you are also looking for a refund, don’t accept the 20% as the first resolution offer.

I have tried and tried giving whatsapp messages and e- mails with NO help...They dont have a registered office or mentioned address on their website.Neither do they have any helpline Number..Wish i could have ordered through amazon, they were delivering the product in 4 days and I would have a chance of returning in case of any fraud.
But for the Moment , they are not making any head way since placing an order on 27th Of Nov 2025 , and today being 14th Dec 2025.
Even if they are legit..I think our govt needs to an action for a company who shows no interest towards their clients

I placed my order on 1st of December, while placing the order, the website told me that the product will be dispatched in 2-3 days and till now while writing it has not been dispatched even if it has been 5 days. I tried to communicate with them via email and WhatsApp. There is no response from their end. Completely fake and fraud website. Never ever buy from them.

I got my package as mentioned time line, really its worth for its price, mainly the backpack quality outstanding, laptop stand segment also quite impressive only thing is its weight, for these features definitely weight will be more ..

Think it’s a fake site . They don’t give any updates regarding delivery. Think I have lost the money.
