Informative but slightly outdated
The content was informative, if not a little outdated. Referring to "future" changes to the EYFS which were set for 2021 is not good enough - these changes were implemented 5 years ago and should not be referred to as future endeavours anymore.
The end of course test system needs changing as it does not let you scroll down - which you need to do in order to move onto the next question. Trying to get past this ate into a lot of my test time.
I am glad I got a good deal on Groupon - I would not have paid the regular price of £19.99.

Be warned: auto-renewals and refund policy
(I contacted customer service on the exact day I was charged to request a cancellation and a refund, meaning I never logged in or used any of their courses or resources. Unfortunately, their terms and conditions seem designed to keep your money regardless of the circumstances. I even sent a follow-up email before writing this review but have yet to receive a response. That’s why I have decided to write this review. It feels like they only ignore you until you publicly post a review. Don’t worry I am not asking anything just share my experience. Even the smallest practices can significantly impact a company's overall image. Cheers!)
Be incredibly careful with this company's subscription model. They make it nearly impossible to manage your account, as there is no option to cancel the auto-renewal online. To make matters worse, they do not provide clear advance notice of the renewal date in your account so you are not realised in advance or mark it down in your calander. They charged my bank account automatically, and when I challenged this, customer service claimed they had sent a notice (which I never received—if I had, I would have canceled immediately).
I contacted them on the exact day I was charged to request a cancellation and refund, only to receive a rigid, copy-pasted response hiding behind their "Terms and Conditions." In the UK, consumers have a statutory right to change their mind under cooling-off regulations, yet this company chooses to trap customers with automatic renewals and restrictive refund terms rather than offering transparent service.
If you consider using this service, be warned: once they have your card details, it is incredibly difficult to opt-out. Avoid unless you are happy to be locked in. I think I won't get the refund.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. However, we would like to clarify several statements in your review for the benefit of future customers.
Our subscription model is designed to be transparent from the outset. Before completing a purchase, customers are clearly informed at checkout that the subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled. After the purchase is completed, the next renewal date and subscription details are clearly displayed on the order confirmation (thank-you) page, within the customer dashboard, and in the subscription section of the account. In addition, a renewal reminder email is sent before the renewal date, providing customers with advance notice and the opportunity to cancel before any renewal payment is processed.
Your review states that there was no advance notice of the renewal and that our support team merely "claimed" a reminder had been sent. This is incorrect. Our records confirm that the renewal reminder email was successfully sent in accordance with our standard renewal process before the subscription renewed.
You also state that it is "nearly impossible" to manage or cancel a subscription and that customers are "locked in." This is simply not the case. Customers may cancel future renewals at any time before the renewal date by contacting our support team. There is no obligation to continue beyond the current subscription period.
We acknowledge that you contacted us on the day the renewal payment was processed. However, your request was received after the subscription had already renewed under the recurring billing agreement that was accepted during checkout. Our support team therefore applied the same published policy that applies to every customer. Referring to our Terms & Conditions is not an attempt to avoid responsibility—it is simply applying the agreement accepted at the time of purchase fairly and consistently.
We would also like to clarify your reference to UK cooling-off regulations. The statutory cooling-off period primarily applies to the initial purchase of a contract and does not automatically provide a right to cancel and obtain a refund after a recurring subscription has already renewed. The application of cancellation rights depends on the nature of the contract and the applicable legal provisions relating to subscriptions and digital services. Our subscription process, renewal reminders, and refund policy are designed to comply with applicable UK consumer legislation.
We appreciate all customer feedback, but we also believe it is important that future customers have an accurate understanding of how our subscription service operates. Throughout the customer journey, we clearly disclose the recurring nature of the subscription, display the renewal date after purchase and within the customer account, send advance renewal reminders, and apply our published policies consistently to all customers.
That said, customer satisfaction remains important to us. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances that we should consider, please contact our support team again. We will arrange for your case to be reviewed by our dedicated refund team, who will carefully assess your eligibility in accordance with our refund policy and the specific circumstances of your case.
