Good informative group first aid session - our trainer had a good sense of humour which helped with the learning process.

It was a very beneficial training course and the trainer Falak was a really nice dude

This course I found fun, engaging and informative. The trainer asked lots of questions as they went along which helped focus our attention. They also made sure we had all mastered CPR techniques before moving on. At the end there was a multiple choice test which helped us determine anything left we needed to clarify.

The trainer Farak, has a great understanding of the topics discussed. He encouraged the trainees(myself included) to actively participate in the sessions. And took his time to explain the each topic.
