Box arrived damaged but had been repaired, front mudguard bent, rear wheel scratched, and no guarantee or warranty in the box like your website said. It did turn up on time and I love it.

Please send us photos of the damaged box, bent mudguard and scratched rear wheel, along with your order number, and we’ll look into this for you.
Just to confirm, your warranty is still valid even if no physical warranty card was included in the box. Your order confirmation acts as proof of purchase.
