Hello John, we deeply apologize for extended delay on the 5X. As the email stated, on the 14th we were supposed to have these all shipped out to customers but unfortunately there was another delay in getting the units shipped and that we apologize for. We should have sent another email to update customers as yourself and we do take accountability for this. Your 5X unit will be shipped out today Monday 9-21-20 and you will be provided tracking information. We once again apologize for this miscommunication and extended delay on your order. Please feel free to reach out to us anytime at support@trailervalet.com. Thank you for your understanding.

Your Customer Service Sucks!
Spent $1700 on Sept 5th for a trailer valet jack. Here we are 12 days later and I can't even get a tracking number or order status from your company and your customer service sucks!! How frigging hard can it be to tell me where my product is?? You had no issue charging my credit card! Order #16102

Hi Robert,
Thank you for considering Trailer Valet for your trailer needs. We appreciate your feedback and have looked into your issue. It looks like your order was shipped out on 9/15/2020. The XL Pro assembled usually takes a little longer than the XL Pro shipped out without the assembly. Because the assembled unit requires a different commercial delivery, you should be getting a call from the carrier to schedule a time for delivery. We are so grateful for your patience and understanding.
Please also check your spam folder as your tracking info was sent already went the unit was shipped out (Roadrunner PRO# 481081446 ). We also had our customer service rep follow up with you regarding this issue. Please reach out to support@trailervalet.com for any other questions. Thank you!
Missing parts
service was hard to get through too seeing it was only done through email. Played email tag for a few days but in the end the issue was resolved. First needed order confirmation, then needed photos of what i received. However didnt have that missing parts in stock. I was told I would receive a comparable part, but then received the correct part... Service person seemed friendly and worked as quickly as he could to find a way to resolve the issue.

Great for my small driveway parking!!
I bought a Trailer Valet for my Airstream back in June and it has been a savior for me to park it in my back yard car porch. It's a very tight area and alley and I couldn't do it with the tow vehicle. I blew two tire chambers and a tire and Trailer Valet replaced them right away so that I could get back to the important thing like enjoying my travels.
Thank you Trailer Valet!!!

Excellent jack so far
Excellent jack so far. I replaced a 2000lb jack with this 5k. It works great with my drill but I’m skeptical as to whether my drill would work with a much heavier load.

Hi Brent!
Thank you so much for taking the time to consider Trailer Valet for your trailer needs. We are so pleased that your JX5K is working out well for you. To be able to answer your question about whether your drill will work for your heavier load, we will need to know your tongue weight. The drill should work just fine, but we would like to be able to give you a better answer based on your specific trailer and tongue weight. Please reach out to support@trailervalet.com and they can help you out from there. Thank you so much!
Awesome Jack
I bought this knowing it was on back-order. But still, they shipped prior to the expected date. Received in a timely manner. Great experience.

I bought a trailer trolly from Camping World. Being I’m what you call and elderly person I needed something to help me get my trailer backed into my driveway. After I picked it up and got it home I discovered I needed a 2” ball. (Regular trailer balls don’t work on this trolly). I called and ordered one and it arrived before I headed out on vacation. The man I spoke with was very polite and wonderful. He took my order and I get to use it this weekend. Can’t wait

Rep was great
Rep was great. My 5x had a tire go flat, but not loaded holds a solid 80psi, Rep recommend new tube. I ended up ordering on Xl. My hitch weight is 420lb, think it is little much for the pneumatic tires of the 5x

Hi Allan,
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review, and to consider Trailer Valet for all your trailer needs. Per our technicians, we recommend having the tire pressure at 82-83 PSI. Since your tongue weight was reaching a limit of 500 lbs, it was a better choice to go with the XL unit. Too much weight on the tongue can cause the tubes to deflate. If you ever have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to support@trailervalet.com and we'd be happy to assist you. Thank you again!

The XL mounting bracket is well made and hopefully will solve my problem of not being able to use my XL on my RV (I havent tried it yet). I rated it a 4 because it required that i use a tap to install the bolt that holds the swivel arm to the bracket.
