DO NOT BUY: ( SL-LEDAFS BK1622 )

I purchased the back-lit led A-frame sign. (SL-LEDAFS BK1622 Backlit LED A-Frame Portable Sign Stand Black - 16.5in x 22.5in - $169.95) It includes a sheet of translucent film. In all my conversations with them I was advised that a commercial printer could print on this sheet. I literally called over a dozen commercial printers and NONE of them can do this. I then expanded my search nationwide, willing to incurr the expense of sending the sheet to any printer. Again, after contacting another dozen commercial printers, I was again told this service was not offered. Unless you want to use majic markers to write your own message, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.

Traffic Safety Warehouse did what FedEx would not. . .

I ordered an 18 inch Stop Sign Paddle from Traffic Safety Warehouse. The box arrived and it looked like it was run over by the FedEx truck that delivered it. The stop sign was missing the battery and charging cords. The stop sign was useless with the missing parts.
I contacted Colette in the Customer Service Department at Traffic Safety Warehouse and explained the situation to her. She was so helpful and shipped me a replacement. I had the replacement within a week.
I appreciated the assistance that Colette gave me.
With customer service like this, I will be ordering from Traffic Safety Warehouse again when I need crossing guard supplies.

vague descriptions

I ordered a part and there was no assistance as to what additional parts I may need to complete the job. When I emailed and then called regarding the additional parts and wanting to add them to the order, I got no help. I had to do a separate order and pay for shipping for a handful of bolts. So I ordered them from someone else.

Thank you for your purchase, Andy. I'm sorry you experienced difficulties adding installation hardware to your order. When you called us to inquire about adding hardware, your order had already shipped. We do not have record of an email received from you before your call.

Product was good but delivery was over…

Product was good but delivery was over a week late and was told 4 different times it would be there the next day. Was told by TSW there was nothing they could do and basically blame it on the delivery company. Basically didn't care. They chose the delivery company they should probably start using a better one
