Tradie Paperwork Kit is a one-time-purchase app built specifically for Australian tradies — electricians, plumbers, builders, painters and anyone who runs jobs on-site instead of behind a desk. Most invoicing software is built for office workers with a laptop and reliable Wi-Fi. This isn't that. Tradie Paperwork Kit runs straight from your phone, works with zero signal on basements, rural jobs and underground car parks, and doesn't need an account or an internet connection to function once it's installed. With it, you can create quotes, tax invoices, variations and job sheets in minutes, turn an accepted quote into an invoice with one tap, and get a client's signature on the spot with their finger on your screen. It also tracks what's outstanding and what's been paid across every job, and comes with twelve ready-to-send message scripts for chasing payment without the awkward back-and-forth. There's no subscription. You pay once and the app is yours for good, including every future update. Your data stays on your device — nothing is uploaded to a server or shared with anyone. It was built by someone who has actually run real jobs and got sick of doing paperwork at 9pm. If you're a tradie who'd rather be home with your family instead of formatting an invoice, this was made for you.

I really liked this kit. I have a small packing company and it was very handy to have these ready to go! It saved time and it made my services look more professional.

Thanks so much, Sara! Really glad it's saving you time and making things look more professional for your packing business — that's exactly what it's built for. 🙌
Hello, my name is Lucas and I would like to express how happy I am with the app. I work with removals during the week and do some private jobs on the weekends involving moving special items (delicate, heavy and/or expensive). It has helped me a lot with preparing quotes, charging clients and managing my customers. It is very practical that I can do everything even while taking a quick break in my car.
I will recommend the app to the removals company I work for so that my boss can implement it, as I believe it will greatly improve the company’s performance and its relationship with customers.

Thanks Lucas, this means a lot! Love that you're using it on the go between jobs — that's the whole idea. And if your boss ends up rolling it out for the removals company, let us know, happy to help however we can. 🚀
