I read their pds (which was hard to…

I read their pds (which was hard to find) and it said the policy covered damage to tools as a result of theft and also lost tools. It said nothing about tools which are stolen! I didn't sign up and am giving this company a wide berth.

Good price/cover for my tools. Website needs work

Good price and cover for my tools. However website needs work on its layout to purchase insurance policy. Had to make phone calls to clarify different elements to make sure product was suitable for my needs and to even find the PDS, which even still after calling was a challenge to find online.

Also more of an accurate cost breakdown about broker fees and agency fees prior to purchase would have been more helpful in making an informed decision, instead of just a lump sum insurance policy amount and an asterix explaining all fees are included.

Overall pretty good, but website needs work with its layout and information. Eg. easier access to a PDS with more clear tabs, and more information about pricing to make a clear decision and prevent as many consultation phone calls to get a clear picture of what your buying.

Hello trade insurance
Sending out an email before the due date as a reminder is good as it gets you prepared, especially for the tougher months when other bills are due.
