A lot of terms and concepts thrown in without enough explanation. Had to google half of it myself.

Expected something more structured, but it felt pretty random. Not what I had in mind when I signed up.

I tried to contact them by phone several times, but the line didn't go through. Without the ability to reach them by phone, support becomes practically unavailable. In the end, I still couldn't resolve my issue. It's very frustrating 😡😡!!!!

І ѕtорреd соmmunісаtіng wіth thеm аnd fіlеd а fоrmаl rероrt wіth «M𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒍p𝒂𝒕𝒉 ,𝐂𝐨𝐦», whо рrосееdеd рrоfеѕѕіоnаllу аnd еnѕurеd а full rеϲоvеrу оf аll mу lоѕt fundѕ.

My main disappointment stemmed from the lack of management-level communication. During our interactions, I felt the manager's communication style was abrupt and forced. I requested communication with a higher level, but it wasn't possible. My questions were perceived as complaints rather than as an attempt to understand the situation. This created a tense atmosphere and discouraged further dialogue. For me, a respectful tone is key when choosing partners, and, unfortunately, it was absent in this case.

After registering, I started receiving calls with persistent offers to invest. The communication seemed intrusive and inappropriate, without regard for my needs or interests. This kind of pressure immediately breeds mistrust and a desire to end all contact.

The website is very slow and often freezes while navigating between pages. Some sections take too long to load, and the overall design feels outdated and cluttered. It doesn’t inspire much confidence, especially for a platform that deals with financial matters. I expected a smoother and more modern experience, but using the site was frustrating more often than not.

I was denied a refund although I was promised I can get my money back anytime if I don’t like something. Their agents lied and misrepresented the service then??? Who can I report it to?

I received an SMS with their link under the pretense of a crypto investment. The link opened to the checkout page of Trader Pro for $250. After I made the payment, I got an email from Trader Pro and, within a minute, from another crypto platform, showing my balance. Trader Pro agent denied any connection over the phone.
This appears to be a sophisticated money laundering scheme.

They took my money and I can’t get it back despite Barclaycard having an ongoing investigation with them! The positive reviews you read on many of the review sites are fiction! The great James Patterson couldn’t have done a better job!
Please be aware this company are currently under investigation in the UK and are not covered by the FCA. Read reviews from FCA and other credible sources if you are think of parting with your hard earned cash!

Every single one of the good reviews are fake it’s obvious because all the reviews only have one reviews left per customer why would someone open up a trust pilot account just to leave one review with everything good reviews reading the same it all fake to scam people

Avoid Traders Pro as it is not regulated by a top-tier regulator.

Unfortunately, it is true. This project is not the only one run by these scammers. The exact method of scamming is unclear, but the signs of fraud are evident: no offices, no leadership names, fake reviews, and a short operating history.

(One) if this was a legit company dealing with multi million pound of peoples money they would not be phoning you from a mobile phone they would phone from a office landline

(Two) the number they actual phone you from what is a mobile number is fake if you actually hang up on them and phone back you will not get them you would talk to a little old lady or some bloke or woman Who don’t know what you’re talking about. all they do is phone you from a computer copying peoples mobile numbers making it look like it’s legit uk people but actual fact it’s foreign scammers if you don’t believe me just hang up and phone them back you will not be phoning them back you phone back someone who phone been hacked to make this call like real you will end up phoning back a little old lady or some bloke or woman don’t know what your hell you’re talking about as they just use people number

(There) Sometimes they will phone you from a number what does look like the office but once again if you hang up and try to phone them back it just say this number not in use it’s all one big scam whatever you do DONT give this company any money

(4) there fake web page the one they use to take payment (scam) from you is very strange it so called a multiple million pound company dealing in millions pound of deal but there no telephone number you can call them on there fake web page the only way to contact these scammer is by email very strange at a company dealing in multiple millions pound deal don’t have a office telephone number no live chat no number at all

i purchased one course from them, it was not bad, i was able to learn something i did know before, overall its okay

biggest mistake of my life, leaving my details with this company, I am hounded at least 6 calls every day with out fail, do not go near them

The Trader package is a comprehensive option, covering a wide range of topics in considerable depth, making it well-suited for serious traders looking to enhance their skills.

The Intermediate package does a good job of building on the foundational concepts, providing good value for those with some prior trading knowledge.

The content is easy to follow and understand. My 2 cents: some sections could use more detailed examples to illustrate concepts.
