I contacted this company to inquire about pricing for my company name and when I didn’t go with them I began to receive harassment calls telling me that someone else had put in a bid for my company name and if I didn’t purchase the package they would cancel my contract and go with the other company (We never had a contract I didn’t sign any paperwork or agree to use the company’s services) now I’m getting calls and emails from the legal department telling me I need to stop using the name

this is an unethical outfit, trying to extract as much cash as they can out of you for asimple trademark filing. They suggested 6 classes for trademark and logo . I opted for 4 classes for each category. costing $2,800. Once the documents were available on USPTO, i noticed they filed only for one class! then they attempted to charge $4,600.00 for filing Sections 8 and 15 Declarations, which are not applicable at this stage. I ams till fighting to get a complete refund which they agreed to.

Their website looks so professional but its a scam. They even have a live chat bubble so you can talk to a real person instead of AI. I paid $749.00 for my trademark. They said I will get my serial number in 2-3 days so I can track my trademark progress through USTPO. After emailing them for months with no response i got back on their website, talked to another "Person" on their live chat bubble and they said i would get my serial number back in 2-3 days. I said "I was told that a while back and got no response" they replied back "sorry about your luck". I then went back to my email for the receipt and when i clicked on it Google wrote "this file has been deleted due to fraud". I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they gave me my money back. Stay clear of this website!

A man named Henry Martin Sr. Paralegal officer who works at trademark rush has been continuously contacting me after me telling me I’m not interested. He’s repeatedly trying to use scare tactics such as my old trademark being claimed by a new client, and to act immediately to save it. I have received numerous, and I mean numerous texts claiming the same thing. This company could be legit, but with how Henry decides to conduct himself makes me doubt it. Train your employees to stop contacting someone once they say they’re not interested.
