Trademark Planet Arvostelua 14

I paid over $1000 to begin the process (filing fees, etc) back in December of 2025. Yesterday (April 14) I received a phone call from my "case manager" stating that I would have another $3500+ in fees to the government for trademarking my logo. I informed this case manager that I could not afford to go forward as this was far out of my budget range. The guy kept telling me that it was going to be trademarked for 10 years, that these were the required fees, etc. I told him that I could not afford this due to the current economy and that my business was suffering due to the current geopolitical climate. The guy would not stop badgering me for money. I told him in no uncertain terms (and have screenshotted and saved the texts and emails) that I would not be continuing. He badgered me, telling me that I would not receive my filing fee back, to which I told him "I do not care. Stop contacting me regarding this." It was borderline harassment! Finally, after reaching out to the company directly telling them to direct this guy to stop contacting me, the guy texts me three more times, the first two continuing on about how I was wasting my money (it's my money to waste however I want), but then tells me that if I want to proceed with cancellation, that he would ensure all the records were updated accordingly and would cost me $1299. SERIOUSLY!!! This comes off as extortion to me. I informed them that the company that I worked for knew what was going on (the trademark was for my individual brand within the company) and that we would be keeping an eye on things and if our attorney noticed that they had attempted to trademark my logo (to which I already hold the copyright and used long before the trademark was even a consideration) that we would be taking them to court. My spidey sense is telling me that I'll be taking them to court in the long term.

Go elsewhere if you actually want to get good service. I didn't do my research and cancelled immediately when I realised. They still charged me an administration fee. They have trademarks online so that it covers up there terrible service for trademark planet.

Trademarkplanet is spam.
They build lists of contact addresses by scraping websites, then spam them to sell their "trademark" service. The service is a cookie cutter template system that is a scam - their "trademark" doesn't protect you from trademark violations

Paid hundreds of dollars for a trademark certificate at trademark planet UK . After months of waiting they emailed me a black and white version . I have requested the original authentic certificate on security paper be mailed to my address and if they do not send it this feedback stays here and I will announce never buy your trademark certificates from this budget 3rd party provider if you are wanting the original authentic copy -10 very disappointing outcome :(

They are the very worst company I have worked with took the money . And then summitted varies challenges and didn't any oh well lesson learnt .

Trademark Planet did what they say they would do, it takes time, but ran as smooth as silk.

I highly recommend these services to anyone, the platform is extremely simple to use and their customer service is next level!
