Scam as everyone says, took $2050 of my money last year for trademarks on my business name and logo. Now want another $4K for each State. Never disclosed this to me last year... Its a scam, get a Lawyer , its much cheaper...

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! They totally misled me on the process. They charge me $1050. For nothing.
Knowing that down the road I was going to have to pay $40 each state to have a trademark which equals $2000.
This is a complete lie. I spent 3 hours with the US trade mark company. What I wanted done should have been a copyright. These guys knew it but yet still took my money and claimed they filed a trademark with the US trade mark company. They harassed me with phone calls and emails wanting another $2000 or I would lose my trade mark.
That is a complete lie.

Swindlers the lot of them.

Beware working with them, it's a trail laden with sunk costs fallacies as they surprise you with greater and greater costs- which you HAVE to pay, lest the fees you've already paid will have been for not.

I'm cutting my loses here- come what may. I hope they reap what they sow.

Any good review of this company is completely made up of the scam artists that work with the company. 6 Months of "We're working on it", "The Trademark Office is Backed Up," only for them to come back & say that the application was never finished....Complete BS. Contacted Trademark Office they never received any submission. I should have known when their high pressure sales in the front end and the way they had to do strange call backs from alternate numbers should have raised more flags in the begining. $1100 down the drain for a "Fast Tracked" filing. Complete BS, hire a regular attourney. Authorities, BBB, FBI Shut these SCAMMERS DOWN !!!!!

My application got rejected, and I was clueless until I found Trademark Fortress. I had no idea how to register my trademark, but their team handled everything. Overall, they were incredibly helpful and cooperative at the same time.

beware its a scam company, they generate fakeproofs and prove that transaction actually occurred, this company doesn't even exist in NY.

i have proofs of emails to you guys, and i have proof from credit card company where you guys charged. you guys are expert in submitting wrong proofs. called you guys many times almost daily. Every time i call i get that someone will contact me. so far no one ever contacted me.

they will take your money and file only one class instead of what was discussed. Also, they are very pushy and trying to sell you a lot of stuff you don't need by saying that it's mandatory. The consultants are very pushy and unprofessional. They told me I cannot have only word trademark and I must have a logo as well. Then she pushed me to pay and when I said later she started to threaten me. NEVER use them! They will threaten you even after you ask for a refund and start a dispute.

I was so pissed when i was told that in order to save my business name i'll have to fight the notice of opposition, however james helped me out and educated me during the process. We were able to fight and win. Thank God i didn't have to give my name that i was using from 15years to someone.!

I am not sure why they got such negative reviews lately, its my second time using them after a few months and the experience is acceptable.!

James @ Trademark Fortress ripped me off for $2,800 for trademark services I did NOT receive. They have a million excuses. They are also using fake reviews here and will send you fake documents purported to be from the PTO but, they are forged documents. DO NOT TRUST TRADEMARK FORTRESS!!!!!

Trademark Fortress scammed my out of $1,400. I hired Trademark Fortress to register my company's trademark. I paid $135 for expedited processing + $1,400 in "US PTO Fees" for 4 classes of trademark protection. They did not process my application for over a month which was the first red flag. Then when they did file it they only filed for 1 class and paid $250 to the US PTO for fees. You can verify this by entering your serial number and looking at the application they filed on US PTO's website. They lied to me when I confronted them by telling me "it takes US PTO up to a year to update the listing on their website". US PTO confirmed with me 100% this is a SCAM COMPANY. They do NOT have attorneys on staff and are not authorized by US PTO.
